Food: the oil was totally burned. The whole place smelled disgusting

It was clean and service was very friendly. The food was okay. I had requested extra pickles on a sandwich for my daughter and there were two slices – not really extra. I called the store as we we’re back on the road when we discovered it and they did not offer to remake it which I thought they would have. Basically the response was “okay, we’ll let the cook know.” So if you want something made special this place might not be the place to go.

You need till your works when a customers ask for fresh fries and hot fries they to do it and I complain ed about there fries, in a nice way and your manager was completely rude. So I don’t plan to visit this Wendy’s again!

I feel bad because the service is always nice. Quality control is just a big issue. I’ve gone and my food was great and then I’ve came different days and I got raw hamburgers, chicken nuggets that weren’t fried all the way so they were still cold, and charged for other peoples orders. Hope they can get things figured out because I love Wendy’s food.

Terrible experience. I’ve ordered Caesar salad with spicy chicken at hundreds of other Wendy’s across the country and I’ve never been told they can’t cut my chicken. I ordered an extra dressing and never got it, and they didn’t give me a fork with my order. (How am I supposed to eat my salad??) We ordered a large fry and got maybe a medium size fry if not a small size. The $8 sandwich speaks for itself.

Hairless salad would be a good product to carry. “Here you go.” Doesn’t make people want to come back. Half full fries don’t make people want to come back and warm (not hot) food doesn’t make people want to come back. Saying thank you to your customers shows your appreciation for their business.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and no one ever said anything really wanted breakfast

I stopped by the drive thru for breakfast which was amazing and fast. The best part was she asked my dog if he could have a treat. She gave him 2 pieces of bacon, not fake dog bacon but real bacon. He was so happy.
