I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it looked as if it was stomped thin and then fried. There was practically no meat and when I bit into it I nearly cracked a tooth. I wanted to go back, but didn’t feel like walking back out in the cold from my hotel again. I’m not sure why they would even serve that. A waste of time & money. Very upsetting.

Respectfully, they may have been short staffed but If the line was around the building I could decide if i wanted to wait. Instead they took my order and had people pull up. The truck in front of us took 20 mins our more to get his food. Ours took 26. This is unacceptable and they had our money so leaving was not an option. BTW: I had to add a picture because the fries were hot, burnt and rock hard. Its not cheap food and they clearly need help. Next time try another location.

After ordering our food they instructed us to wait in the handicapped space. I assumed they planned to be done fast so I listened. After that we waited.. For twenty minutes, I called them and heard a women yelling to check on our order and they said five more minutes and they should be out. That part was true but my companion checked if they had removed from there burger what they had requested. They had not so they went back in the building to ask them to remake it, after we left we learned they did remove one of the requested ingredients but not the one that is a major allergen and completely inedible. I called and requested a refund and they said only the manager could do that. We learned earlier there were only two people at the restaurant so it’s clear the manager understaffed and abandoned their restaraunts. They asked for the number on the receipt, something they didn’t put in either of our bags. They did the math and asked when I could come in and swipe my card for the refund. I refused to drive back and they asked me to have a good night. I will, although that was a low light of my day and I wanted to share my experience.

Ordered the 2 BJC, n they gave me this, on both burgers, doesn’t even have whole strips of bacon. And they just threw them right smack dab in the middle of the burger, for that they get a 2 star, but as for freshness they get this 4 star rating, oh n Fries was hot n fresh.

Took over 5 minutes to place my order I’m assuming it was probably a relatively new person placing my order, they didn’t ask if I wanted dine in or carry out they just assumed, did not hand me my drink cup after placing order I had to ask for it. Took about 10 minutes to get a simple combo meal with a additional 10 piece spicy nugget.
To top it all off the drink dispenser did not have any ice.

First of all I very rarely give bad reviews, I work in the restaurant field and find it upsetting how sad people are quick to give a bad review rather than a good one.
When my husband and I walked in we noticed the dining area was clean, we went to the counter to order a gentleman promptly approached us took our order, I was a bit disappointed because they were out of baked potatoes, but it happens.
Anyway all of a sudden we hear what sounded like 2 girls arguing loudly in the kitchen, one was cussing the other out, but soon found out they were kidding around. But, one of the girls was wearing a baggy long sweater, hip length hair down and flip-flops and honestly other than the first greeting the entire staff were acting like unsupervised children.

Sloooooowest Wendy’s in the west. OMG. I put in a mobile order and got to restaurant with only one car ahead of me. Told them I had a mobile order. 15 minutes later they brought the wrong order out. It’s now 25 minutes that I have set here waiting and still no food. Only ordered try three biggie bags. Finally got food but no double stack burger. Still waiting. Total of 30 minute wait to pick up a mobile order. Not acceptable. I advise to avoid this location. And the order was still not right as they put ketchup on the burger that was ordered without ketchup.

I went here yesterday and me and my mom got a 7 dollar meal it was fine till the chicken nuggets they were VERY undercooked to the point I’m throwing up the next day. Very disappointed.

Jen, Whitney and Quill are all remarkable people. They provided outstanding service and they were so kind, you don’t see that at all anymore. They deserve a raise!!!! They’re the only reason we will ever go back to Wendy’s, they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the water. Its hard to find employees like this, someone did the right thing hiring all 3 of them!! Keep up the Great work ladies!!!!
