Great value, good food, large portions and affordable beer. We will visit again.

The older staff seem significantly more attentive, but the younger staff we’re just on their phones, almost actively ignoring us. The fajitas were pre-cooked in advanced and set aside so they ended up dry and overcooked by the time they reached our table. Pre-cooking fajitas is the lowest quality practice I have ever seen

Food and service was great. However better not to go to the womens restroom if you don’t have to. Only two stalls, and the small one is so small you barely fit and then a good 2 inches of the toilet seat was broken off.

This is a little gem in the Memorial district bordering on the Energy Corridor. They have plenty of parking convenient to the entrance. I love their interior atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious, but also cozy. They have booth and regular table seating. They serve red and green sauce with their chips. The chips are thin, but not too thin. I am not a fan of some restaurant that have thick chips. These are just right. The margaritas are good. They are deceiving at first. They don’t taste strong, but they pack a punch. I recommend the top shelf (better quality of liquor). La Hacienda’s food is fresh, arrives to the table at the perfect temperature and the servings are large. I had the combination plate (#3) which comes with a cheese enchilada, a crispy beef taco and a puffy taco. My friend had the bacon wrapped shrimp. I tasted one and it was delicious! All the food was very good. I expected a regular taco shell for the beef crispy, but it came in a curled tostada type shell. It was very good. Usually, the cheese enchilada is my favorite item at Mexican restaurants, but I like their crispy taco so much. I have a new favorite, at least at La Ha. Both times I have been, I have gotten exceptional service. The waitstaff are all very nice and fast. This is an older Mexican restaurant, but it’s one of my favorites now. You can’t go wrong here. Great food, service and comfort. Everything I look for when selecting a place to dine. I will be back to try their tacos al carbon. That’s a favorite dish of mine. A neighboring table ordered it. It looked and smelled delicious. I had a little food envy at first.

First of all, it took 20 minutes to get one bowl of salsa and 30 for a water! The meat was really overcooked, water had brown things floating in it! Lettuce was sour, spilled salt all over our table and spilled water everywhere! We accidentally broke a glass and they didn’t come and help us! So tables are super crusty and have weird stains! floor is super slippery water! Chairs are super sticky! Waiters took forever to help us, Do not recommend! Except for the singer, he was the best part! He was funny And kept waiting to us Definitely recommend tipping him! Ac doesn’t work!

Didn’t enjoy. Guac is too mushy, the tomato garnish on top of it had some mold, ground beef mushy and tasted nothing like meat, beef and chicken were edible, could be juicier, can tell it was prepped way before serving. Rice looked like it was cooked multiple times by just adding water. Service was at best mediocre. All this cost us 72$! We had to eat cause we were hungry, but we both stood up from the table feeling a bit sick.

Always love this place. Great service and great food. This is my local go to Mexican place. Anybody that visits me ends up here usually. Great margaritas and consistent quality food makes this my Mexican spot!

Visited this place for the first time in the Seventies as a pre teen with the folks and have fond memories. Fifty years later, these guys still knock it out of the park, from the margarita on the rocks to the delicious apps to the Tacos Al Carbon to the flan. Everything, service included was wonderful.

This place used to be great. It is located on 14759 memorial dr, I ordered the quails plate, grill, the order took forever, got there around 6 pm, the quails looked like they were refried from yesterday, charro beans was tasteless, no tortillas, service was slow and lack interaction. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

Updated for not great service..place was dead but drinks went empty and waited for check. In addition, got charged 1.95 for 3 extra tortillas after paying 11.95 for queso flameado which only came with 3.. for that price it should come with more based on size and .65 per tortilla extra is excessive especially when not mentioned they’d be extra when asking for more. The singer was good though.

Original: Chips, salsa and queso were good. The skinny margaritas were yummy but bit on pricy side. Tacos carbon had great flavor but pricy for 2 tacos. The service could’ve been improved as had to wait to get refills or new margs.
