I have ordered food from this location twice now and both times the order has not been correct. The first time I was missing items and the bacon and cheese sauce that comes on my sandwich was missing. Today I am missing the ranch sauce I asked for as well as my food is incorrect. I asked for no crispy onions and extra cheese sauce (that I was charged for) instead they put onions on and not only didn’t add the extra cheese sauce but also did not put on the other cheese say that originally comes with my sandwich!

This location is HORRIBLE! The last 2 times we have gone the staff is rude, our orders haven’t been correct. The last time we went it was 8:30 pm, it was dark and their menu board wasn’t lit up, there were other cars ahead of us in the drive thru, we asked if something was wrong with the board that it wasn’t lit as we couldn’t see to order. We were told that they don’t have it on at this time of night….which makes no sense because when it is dark out is when you need the board lit to order! We asked if they were closed and were told no rudely, again we were baffled why the board was dark. We ended up just leaving because of the rudeness and because we couldn’t see what we wanted to order!

Cashier on may 25th had an awful attitude and wore it on his face. We made an order and before even being able to request another, he just said pull forward without even a thank you.

I went through the drive thru around 3 pm today, I was the only customer there and they still couldn’t get my order right, got home fries were cold and gross, they obviously had been sitting since 12 noon, chicken sandwich was not what I ordered it was dry on top of that. I took one bite then couldn’t eat it, so not worth $12. 0 stars, I had to pick a star in order to post.

Drove up to the drive thru , immediately the first thing they tell me at the speaker. “Welcome to Wendy’s we will get to you when we can” then I asked my order was a Mobile order and they say it’s in the dining room that I need to come inside. I told them to please put it for drive thru. Now the person at the window was extremely rude! Please do not go to this restaurant go to whataburger or Culver’s across the street!

I usually love this location! That being said, I went through the drive-thru the other night and it took them over 30 minutes to even take my order. My lemonade had no ice in it. And when I got home to eat my salad, I found a bug in it! I’m usually not the person to write bad reviews, but when I get a bug in my food, that’s when I feel like a review is worth it.

Well, my food was fine. There were two middle-aged women that I saw working no one in line in front or behind me. She was rude or not friendly whichever way you want to take that and when asked us at all, I said well I don’t know and she said that will be $8.28, I didn’t get a chance to order for my coworker. I would not refer unless customer service training takes place. We all have bad days but wow. People will continue to go there though and experience the same thing.
