To our surprise, door was locked with no sign explaining anything. Woman in the drive-thru gave an attitude for what? Cause I surely wasn’t giving her one. The fries had no salt on them, just tasted like a plain baked potato. Diet coke had no syrup in it. Was excited to come here because I hadn’t eaten Wendy’s for about 10 to 15 years. What a bummer! Definitely ain’t missing out on anything.

Arrived on time to pick up an order for DoorDash. Lobby was closed, and we were trapped in the drive-thru. Food arrived nearly 30 minutes late, costing us time we could have spent working. Four cars passed through the drive-thru while we waited for the order to be prepared. Staff managed to forget the order and had to walk out to confirm it while we waited.

When you order from here, please check your food. They will serve you cold food and will get mad when you ask for your food to be cooked fresh. There is always an issue when I go to this location Whether it’s the lobby is randomly closed, or they’re closed due to staffing, or the frosty, machine isn’t working, or they’re only excepting cash. This time I got there at 9:40pm on a Friday and they were only serving nuggets and drinks. What?!?! They’re supposed to be open til midnight. That will be the last time I go to this Wendy’s.
