Went there for 1 frosty, no one else in line, barely greeted me so i had no idea if he was ready for me to say anything. It didnt take too long to get my item but he was more focused on the conversation with his coworkers than anything else. The frosty was soupy and warm, 2 bites in i decided it wasnt worth it, tasted terrible. On the car ride home the room temperature made the frosty more thick and cold than when it was served to me. Highly reccomend avoiding this location.

If I could leave a lower review I would. Sometimes, we are desperate enough to get a Frosty from this location it’s either wrong or not working.
We always get a chocolate brownie batter frosty and this time it was completely liquid, actually just warm.
Didn’t even tell us that it wasnt ready or that the machine wasn’t working. The temperature in our car driving home actually did more work to make it cold than anything else.
The manager and the workers were on their phones and thats not usually a problem for me but it’s just another thing to get frustrated over. Terrible drive thru experience. No pleasantries, no communication, just nothing.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

Most rude drive thru employee I’ve ever been in contact with. Lord. I was convincing myself his face just looked annoyed like that naturally. Then he turned to his coworker and laughed at a “your mom” joke. Turned back to me like this . I ordered one (1) cheese fry.

I just went through the drive thru and was served raw chicken. Instant vomit and regret. I almost ignored it and thought the breading was soggy, I’m glad I didn’t! Please temp your food and make sure it’s thoroughly cooked.

We love Wendy’s, always have. Dave’s singles are delicious and so is the chili. We went here because it was the closest between mine and my spouse’s work place to have lunch together. The service here is slow but eventually your food comes out. My spouse wanted a “loaded” baked potato so I ordered one for him with everything on it (bacon, cheese, chili, sour cream). While ordering, the older gentleman asked me “you’re wanting that on it?” And gave me a disgusted face… I thought it was unprofessional and rude for him to do that, like he’s never seen or heard of a “loaded baked potato” before. If a customer orders food in a way that you don’t eat, be a little more professional and keep your opinion to yourself please.

The burger I received was noticeably old from the discolored cheese to the tomato. I’ve had this same sandwich at another location made fresh the tomato was not breaking down and the edges of the cheese were not discolored. This is a subpar and unacceptable attempt of the quality i have come to expect from Wendy’s and reflects heavily on how this specific location operates.

So this was a random stop took my pup and son on a car ride order kids meal with milk medium I should have know something was off because when you pull up to pay the smell was horrible. Old oil burning needless to say food tasted like the smell ….threw it in the trash. If I as an adult can’t stomach taste my son sure isn’t getting it.

The last 3 times in 2 weeks we ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant through door dash. All three times they left the bacon and chicken off the sandwich. Door dash is taking the hit but it’s not their fault. Just giving a heads up to management.
