they forgot my fries, i had to come back. got home (5 mins away), food was old and cold. all other reviews make sense, if Wendy’s is promoting MADE TO ORDER, then you probably want to, idk, make the food TO ORDER. there is no way a burger is fresh to order if it’s ready when i get TO the window. mine is greasy and tastes like it was recooked, not made fresh. fries are also old, and i had to come back for them! i hate this location so much. SO much.

Ordered an egg and cheese McMuffin this morning. Why in the world is it drenched with greasy, nasty butter????? The muffin tastes stale and old. If they think the butter covers up the old bread taste, IT DOES NOT!!!! I do not recommend this location!

Overall, it was ok. Order came out correctly. They had an upgrade or upscale question after every part of the order. Fast food is quickly becoming restaurant pricing. I dont eat out much, a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a cinn-a-bun dessert was $20… pricing is getting out of hand for fast food.

I ordered 2 orders of 4 piece chicken tenders and I received 2 boxes with 2 tenders in them. And once I get back to work and sit down to “try” to eat them. They are room temperature at best and rubbery. Thank you for wasting my lunch break and $20. Will never return to that location!

They even gave us spicy nuggets instead of regular, an I’m still not complaining bc the service was super good and so was the food regardless! Love me some Wendy’s! Shout out to the young guy that was working there last night on Halloween in Shawnee. His kindness was something you don’t see all the time especially in the fast food industry, so thank you to him!! I wish id got his name!!

Good Wendy’s. Good service, but the floor was very sticky and it did not smell good. Perhaps the mop head needs replaced. I’ll return through the drive-through. Great salad!

I had an odd ask and needed to purchase 25 $10 gift cards and without hesitation, the Wendy’s team helped me with the very tedious task of checking me out, one by one. Anjelica was the team member that helped me and she was so sweet and patient as we repeated the check-out process over and over. I was so pleased when they even offered me two free Boo! Books. Really nice experience and very nice people working. 🙂

Stopped in for lunch today around 4pm…Lobby was closed..Waited about 3 minutes at speaker before anyone answered, and approx 10 mins for order.. Recieved wrong order.. no sauce for nuggets. No receipt. Drive thru person didn’t know my order.. Burger was cold, (cheese wasn’t even melted) and nuggets look like they were chewed on.
