They refuse to hold any staff accountable when they get upset in the drive thru, I get it’s stressful but man I’ve had the same couple of workers just get so upset and petty because they don’t like being slammed at dinner times. It’s the closest one to me but I’ll just have to go elsewhere until a manager gets hired that can do THEIR job better than they do now

So over these McDonald’s telling me my order is ready when it hasn’t even BEEN STARTED. All these restaurants have been doing this to protect their service times when we all know they are not fast anymore. McDonald’s corporate REALLY NEEDS TO STOP THIS PRACTICE. They print off all the orders and then take their time with take out and counter. Because Drive thru is always more important. As it’s harder to fake those numbers.

I can’t comment on the inside of this McDonald’s, as I only use the drive thru. But I’ve always had a good experience. My food always was ready quickly. Most of the time, it’s still warm. Prompt and straightforward service. Never had issues with employees or anything.

When im forced to go to MCDONALD’S I get 2 thing nuggets or number 3 no onions lrg moca frapa almost everytime at least the last 7 times comes in a log cup half full and I nicely say something everytime and everytime they give me a look and shrugged there shoulders but dont attempt to full the cup . Kyle the manager was so Rude to his employees! He talks to them like garbage. This man needs to be humbled, and reminded that it’s disgusting to speak to your workers with such disrespect. Other then that this was a great experience

The lady at drive through at 5:20 10/26 gave my food to some guy who drove into the drive through without paying. “Not a door dash”. Then gave me the wrong order and when I told her she gave me this thing and shut the window. No straw or anything. Gross not even a normal bag.

The manager was running the register. She messed up my order. I asked the runner if she could help, but she said she’s the manager, talk to her. Customer service is definitely not a priority. If it was, they would get someone that could run the register and get things bagged up properly.

Not only were you guys confused by my simple order you decided to try and degrade
Me when you forgot my 2 cookies but we’re adamant that they were in the bag but before I could show you the manager scoffs then he proceed to fill a bag with 9 cookies and rudely give them to me I just wanted the 2 cookies I paid for I’m not a liar nor a thief
You also forgot my honey mustard but we can leave that one alone
I was perfectly pleasant to yall
