I don’t visit Wendy’s often, but after the experience tonight, I might go more! The girls working the drive through around 6:30pm (2/13/2026) provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They were friendly, fast, and very kind – something hard to find these days!

went to the speaker and said that we would need a second to order, said hello 3 times without a response and after the 4th hello got the MOST passive aggressive “hello? hello. hello. hello. i said order when you’re ready.” mocking us. rudest customer service worker i have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, didn’t even bother ordering at that point.

Sooo ordered breakfast yesterday (a 2 for $3) sausage biscuit and potato wedges. Added a four piece French toast. As you can see the sausage and French toast are burnt. The potatoes were good but of course no ketchup. This location sucks, especially in the evenings. The young ladies in the drive thru are rude. More interested in talking to each other than ensuring orders are correct and timely. After this, I certainly won’t be back. Wendy’s doesn’t need to do breakfast if this is what you get.

I always order a large fry with my combo because I like to eat half with ketchup and half in my frosty. Fries tasted good but this was their pathetic excuse of a large fry tonight with none that fell out into the bag. Definitely not returning to this location.

7/9/21 UPDATE:
Today, we had had a large order and made it simple by making all the burgers plain and no cheese (all our picky eaters can top them at home). Every single burger had cheese. We scraped it off as good as we could for the kids who didn’t like cheese. BUT THEN we started eating and discovered the burgers were not cooked all the way. We would have taken this back, but they made it clear our order was the last one they took before closing (this was 9:30pm on Friday night). I assume it was due to lack of staff and I understand that.
