I share one star because I called today at 12:15. On their flyer which I received in the mail states their address is 140 exchange street, chicopee, MA 01013. It says express delivery to all of chicopee, parts of Holyoke, springfield, west springfield, & south Hadley. I called. I live 3.5 miles on the same road about 9. minutes from their location. I asked for delivery and two times he told me they do not deliver to me because I’m more than 5 miles?? But yet they deliver to West Springfield? All three numbers on the flyer go to the same person. I am absolutely dumbfounded and glad I won’t be wasting my time or money on such a business. I don’t mind coming to pick it up but my two year olds nap will have to be pushed back, too bad he didn’t offer to even do a discount on coming in store (again less than 9 minute drive) to pick it up. I tip well over $1 which is their minimum and I wanted over $10 worth of food which is their minimum for delivery. Again. Don’t waste your time.

Delivery guy didn’t bring change. I told him to keep the food and he gave an attitude and I haven’t got food from there since then. And know matter what size grinder, sub, they always put the same ampunt of meat. I ordered a large steak n cheese and the person I was with ordered a small. I opened mine up and there was a little bit of meat spread down the corner then we looked at hers and there was the d same amount of steak perfect for a small. Bad customer service, very rude & disrespectful staff. Ordered something off their menu, when delivered i received the wrong order. I simply called to explain my order was incorrect. The guy began yelling at me over the phone & told me i was wrong. He then continued to say he repeated my order 5 times , which never happened & said they do not have that grinder on there menu? But charged me for it ?. Apparently they don’t know there own menu! I will never order there again.

I stopped to pick up a quick salad I called in it wasn’t ready so I nicely said down at the counter I watch the cook who was putting bacon on the grill drop some in the trash and pick it back up and put it on the grill. I must of had a look of disgust the owner and wife asked how my day was in told them what I just saw and they said and did nothing a couple minutes later they handed me my food I said thanks I’ll take it but I’m not eating it again i nicely explained what I saw again the cook and owner both got very upset with me for saying something I never will be back again extremely disgusted in what I saw and how they handled the situation

I ordered $42.55 worth of food. Everything was ok except for my dish of shrimp scampi. Instead I received chicken ,no shrimp. When I called to get it corrected I was simply shocked. I can hear a man yell at the young lady over and over. I felt bad for her. She offered to take care of my order and would have it delivered in 20 min. I then received a call from the manager “man who yells at employee’s”. Ohh I am sorry Sir. We did not even have shrimp to make order and it was the young ladies fault. How about I owe you a free shrimp scampi. I called today and was told manager is not here yet, I’ll have him call you. Hours have passed by now. I feel like they didn’t even care about their staff or me. I don’t know if I’ll ever order again, and I most likely will tell friends and family not to either.

I called and placed my order for delivery. Before giving me a time frame for when the food was to arrive or even giving me a chance to speak, the girl who answered the phone told me the total price I owed and HUNG UP on me. Afterwords, I realized that the total price was completely incorrect judging by the MULTIPLE DIFFERENT menus I received within the past month. Plus I order the SAME THING every time. My girlfriend called back to review the order and to make sure there was no mistakes. First she spoke to a male.. Who asked, “WHAT ADDRESS?”.. My girlfriend didn’t make out what he said and responded, “What was that?” and he the responded rudely, “WHAT ADDRESS?!” This person I later on discovered is the OWNER of Maggios Pizza. My girlfriend is then passed off to the original girl I spoke with in the beginning, who also spoke with no respect to a paying customer. She INSISTED the total was correct. When the delivery guy arrived, he told me that Maggios has had 3 different WRONGLY PRINTED menus in circulation in the past month and insist on charging higher prices. I reviewed both menus and found that there were NO expiration dates of any kind printed anywhere. I sent the delivery guy back with the food and refused to pay after the awful service and OVERPRICED fried food that’s completely unhealthy for you anyway.. I’m going to throw some fresh chicken breast on the grill. Only $2.99 a pound!! Give me a break.. Last time i waste my money and my time on Maggios Dumpy Pizza.

They have the best fried onion rings and french fries!!! The rest of the food is marvelous!! I’m not a big fan of the pizza, but that is the only thing that isnt the best in town. I find the delivery people to be very nice and personable.

Ordered a grinder and received the wrong one, and I called twice. They said they were gonna deliver the correct one and never did so I called back and they said they were going to deliver it the next day. Never ordering from here again!

Ordered a turkey grinder. The roll was as stiff as a brick. Old lettuce. Burnt bacon. Kids ordered wings and barely had sauce. Very overpriced. Not impressed.

Maggios is the pizza shop I go to when I’m financially comfortable for that week but to broke to order from Capri their food is phenomenal!! But the portions are small however delicious!!! The bread is one under Capri I love them but again its my middle option if its a hard week I go with Holyoke pizza but if I hit or did a few extra hours I’m going with Capri and if I can’t afford capri Maggios is where its at
