Stopped by about 8:30 tonight and ordered the chicken strips / tenders. Since they were over $5 for 3 strips I expected for them to be fairly hearty. They were not, fairly small, they look larger in the small box in the picture. That wasn’t the main issue. The tenders had the weirdest texture I have had with chicken. It almost felt like it wasn’t cooked it was so chewy. I couldn’t even eat more than one of them, about made me sick even though they looked done. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s today. I went there for lunch, expecting a normal and pleasant visit, but the employees’ behavior completely spoiled my day.
The staff really need to learn how to behave with customers. We are paying for our food — we are not eating for free. Basic courtesy and respect should be part of the service.
If someone doesn’t want to work, it’s better to stay home or step outside instead of ruining customers’ moods. Customer service matters, and today’s experience was very unprofessional and frustrating.
I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience.

My order was messed up. Ordered a egg cheese croissant and there was meat on it and no cheese the egg was hard and rubbery and the croissant was hard and chewy. Service if looks could kill, man…..was not one single smile.

I can never forget the Wendy’s finger in the chili story. Although it ended up being a hoax, the story stuck with me. Now when I go to Wendy’s I get the chili, it’s like a gambling. I hope every single time I get the finger, I’d even take a finger nail.
However every single time, their quality is to good and there is no finger. Sad day. I think they just grind it up more now.

This was my go to spot for a cheap lunch but today ruined that for me. My brother and I came in and were met by the worst day shift manager I’ve ever met. She complained to my brothers face about how he didn’t know how to use their mobile app. Then immediately followed up with yelling at her coworkers for not getting an order right (loud enough for everyone in the store to hear). I’ve never met a manager who mistreats her customer and employees in less than 2minutes.
How hard is it to treat people with respect.
Won’t recommend this store to my friends or family. I won’t be coming back, I’d rather drive across town to a different Wendy’s than come back here.

Pulled up to the drive through and was met with a girl standing outside hitting her vape, and a guy was about to walk outside with his vape or cigarette but when they saw me pull up they both walked back inside. I then ordered pulled up to the window and the same girl who was vaping was taking my payment and handing out my food. My food was not cooked all the way at all and everything was cold. I will not be attending this Wendy’s again.

This place definitely needs updated. We waited for a fresh Spicey chicken. They must of put our food together before they cooked it because it was not hot. I guess frosty-chinos are only sold during breakfast (?). That’s what I was told even though it doesn’t say that. Probably will not be back to this one. Wendy’s has gone downhill.

Spent $15 for two sandwiches. This is what I received. The bun on the first in is literally rock hard. No exaggeration. The egg and cheese looks like it’s been sitting out for hours. How disgusting. They should be ashamed to hand something like this to a customer. Completely lost my appetite
