As of 02/21/26 at about 1:40pm I will stop going to this location, i had witnessed the most disgusting behavior ever..there was a young black lady who definitely was doing the best to her abilities and there was these older ladies one with a blue mask and one who looks like the almighty loaf (iykyk). They both were giving her a hard time, I was waiting for my food for about 30 minutes and in those minutes I witnessed that disgusting behavior not to add on the almighty lady yell at the young black lady to leave the customers and not to take their order..that does not seem right nor very customer friendly, then i witnessed an at&t guy come back in because they have gave him two of one of what he ordered and he said it was supposed to be a different sandwich. The young black lady explained that it wasn’t on the menu but could get him some bbq sauce, he said no i want a replacement because that’s not right she said unfortunately she can ask but they been giving her a hard time when it comes to that situation so she proceeds to relay the message to the lady in the blue mask and CAN I JUST SAY! how is it this place is running and no one speaks english? I’m not fully fluent in Spanish but I can still communicate with Spanish speakers, I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for the customers who don’t speak any Spanish. The look on that lady’s face was down right disturbing so i don’t know what she said to the almighty loaf but that loaf started yelling at the young black lady again and this time she said “ don’t go up front let them use the kiosk!!” at that point she yelled for a mac and cheese and the young black lady definitely looked overwhelmed and stressed out it broke my heart because she was just trying to help and they were just verbally rude to her and to witness that as a customer i can longer eat here not to mention the blue mask lady wasn’t even wearing gloves how gross..? im glad i noticed that and witnessed that behavior i would not want to eat at a place thats ran by such rudeness and no customer service although the young black lady gets a 10/10 from me she checked up on me.

Never been one to complain but this is the 3rd time coming to this location and either i dont get what i ordered or they miss something such as sauces. I ordered the “dunk bucket” didnt get the 2 dips/gravy dip, didnt get the mashed potato poppers(got nuggets for some reason) , didnt get the fries (they were out, they are always out of something at this location) idk just bad experiences after bad experiences imma just take the drive to the further one.

DO NOT GET THE SODAS WITH CREAM THEY ARE CHUNKY AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE……also if I knew y’all wouldn’t even fill the fry box up I would have ordered a small because that’s the amount of fries I got.

Just got home from a drive through order. The woman working drive through spoke almost no English & both my orders are wrong of course. My suggestion is to at least employ someone who can communicate at the drive through window. I won’t be back. Across the road is popeyes

Ordered 8 pieces they made me park. Waited 29 minutes for me to finally walk in to tell me it was ready a long time a go. Got cold food and attitude for asking why no one came to me like they said they would? Do better management. This took my whole lunch break for no reason.

If I could actually give them a negative review and no stars , I would. Yesterday I made an order through uber with two chicken bowls and one kids chicken tender meal with mac n cheese and honey mustard. I received my order promptly in a sealed bag. However the bag only contained one box. And of course , the box was a two piece chicken meal with fries. I called this KFC location and explained to a gentleman what happened. I resubmitted another order on uber eats of my exact order and confirmed it with the gentleman on the phone. He said they would take care of it and send me a few extra chicken strips. My second order came and it had no chicken bowls again. This time my order had two kids chicken strip meals no mac n cheese, no honey mustard, random old fries thrown in the box. I
proceeded to call the store again and was unable to get an answer. Uber.
Eats was wonderful about this and refunded me my money. However, the lack of response or care from this location about 2 orders completely wrong is very unprofessional. Also one of the pieces of chicken had a bite taken out of it.

If you are Hispanic they don’t acknowledge you walking through the door. Food order was wrong after I went back in TWICE. No jelly, no honey, no lemonade, and soda machine down! What was the point! Absolutely should be shut down

Everyone loves KFC, this is a diamond in the rough, because all it needs is a new owner or management.

I’ve been here twice and purchased chicken that they didn’t have, got my refunds twice after waiting in the parking lot after work for 40 minutes.

Today after months of avoiding this place because it’s the only KFC anywhere near me on the way to work, I almost got stuck in their drive through lane again.

THIS IS THE CHICKEN PLACE THAT NEVER HAS CHICKEN LOL.

Manage your operation better, you people suck, not because the food is bad…but because you waste people’s time.

Manager refused to give name when the service was absolutely trash, they locked paying customers in the lobby with an employees significant other and children while they processeded to make excuses and blame the lack of employees on them being horrible at customer service.it the the manger 20 minutes to process a refund because she didn’t know how to do it and walked away to make a personal phone call. This location just need to get closed if the staff are going to blame lack of staff on a poor work ethic of everyone in the store. The manger was beyond rund when they didn’t have half my order and tried to get me to change my order because they couldn’t do their job. Then when I asked for a refund nicely at first she made it seem like I was the problem for not being patient enough
