Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a drive through. The worker did not communicate or listen while we were ordering and had a horrible attitude for no reason. My teenager asked what the heck her problem was because it was so ridiculous. I would recommend going to a different location if you want someone that actually has good customer service skills.

Went through the drive thru just now and service was super fast. French fries were hot and extra good, and the girl at the window was cheerful and wished us a “rich” new year! Compared to other drive thru experiences recently, this one was stellar. Thank you!

We went to Wendy’s for lunch, and normally this location is pretty good. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown.
Two teenagers who work here came in on their requested day off and were playing around in the lobby, clearly distracting the crew working in the back. Because of this, we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a receipt and our food. There were only two other customers in the entire store at the time.
To make it worse, we watched three other people come in after us, place their orders, get their food, and leave before we were even served.
Extremely frustrating experience and very disappointing compared to how this Wendy’s usually operates. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Went through the drive thru just a few min ago and got asiago chicken club with fries and strawberry lemonade. The only thing that was not disgusting was the lemonade. This was one so disappointing getting home to find the most poorly put together “club” chicken sandwich it was soggy and old. The fries were just as bad. Needless to say big waist of 15$ for something not even able to eat. But these are the chances we take ordering fast food at a drive thru. At least my dogs ate it i guess.

This Wendy’s is very near I-44, which makes it a great roadtrip pitstop. The parking lot was larger than most Wendy’s, so no trouble trying to park an RV.
The dining room and bathrooms were clean. The bathroom is actually very large and well suited for handicap accessibility.

Terrible place can’t even open on time. I came at 6 am waited a few minutes just for them to tell me they don’t open until 6:30 am. Then went to a different Wendy’s who was open at 6am. Do better

Had a mobile order, was told to pull to the mobile order sign after going through the drive through with no one else behind me (I assume to keep the drive time metric down). Fries were okay, nuggets were good, but my burger was cold as ice after a 5 minute drive. I’m lead to believe I was given an old burger patty because of this. Overall food was decent after some quick work from chef Mike (my own microwave) but overall disappointed.

Just genuinely sad how they treat customers. Horrible attitudes never smiling. Always rushing people out when there’s no business. Management hasn’t been any help.

They always freestyle my food giving me whatever no matter what’s on the ticket. Today they put mayo and tomato on my burger which it doesn’t even come with and then didn’t give me any lettuce when I paid for extra, and they didn’t even give me my receipt this time so I couldn’t do anything about it…. I will not be going here again. Manager clearly doesn’t know how to staff a store if the employees are too overworked or too stupid to catch the difference between mayonnaise and lettuce….

It’s fast food… So the atmosphere is the same as all the other fast food restaurants on the planet. Got breakfast, it was edible. Not awesome. Ordered a bacon egg cheese croissant… Got a sausage egg cheese croissant. Typical. Quality customer service is dead.
