This is a pleasant Wendy’s for service! The staff are always top notch here in my experiences. The food is hit or miss at times but when it’s good it’s one of the better Wendy’s in the area for sure. I had my food completely messed up yesterday, no fault of the person who took my order but it didn’t have anything on it that it was supposed to have but the girl taking my order went out of her way to give me sides to make it right. She was amazing and has always been nothing but the same in all my experiences at this location!

Ordered online Sunday night and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They had 3 Nixa PD cars blocking us in. I was in front of the first window and because it took so long, the manager said my food would be free. It wasn’t, my card was still charged and when I finally got to the second window after all the waiting, they still didn’t have my order made and gave me the wrong salad.

Just left McDonald’s. Had to get our money back because they couldn’t find our order. Went to Wendy’s got our order within five or six minutes and everything was perfect so go to Wendy’s at night it’s the only place to go in Nixa. Don’t waste your time at McDonald’s please

Ordered through Door Dash. Order was completely wrong. Took it back up there and the manager was nice and remade everything. Got home and the Double Bacanator was still wrong! Had to order it again and asked the dasher to make sure it was right. Finally was right. To much hassle to deal with!

It seems every time,just about my order is wrong, I order the same thing ” Jr bacon cheese burger” hold cheese and ketchup replace with mayonnaise and fixings. First off get it together more on the lynch rush hour. Young kids not knowing what their doing, long lines to wazoo and my order wasn’t bagged correctly and I ordered the four for four and never got my burger. Super mad when I got back to work and everyone else got to eat and be full but me. And I love Wendy’s. So get it together. Please.
