Okay it’s fast food so you get what you get. But they get the order right. Plus Coke freestyle means options for flavor without all the sugar. If you have to do fast food this is one you can count on not to suck! Staff is great!

One of the better fast food places in Webb City. Only issue I have is with special orders. Even after the line manager went back to prepline, the person building order still messed it up. But line manager made the fix and all was well and granddaughter was happy.

Honestly my expectations are pretty low for fast food so most times I’m not bothered by messed up orders and such. However today changed all that. Rude workers who were very off putting and short when trying to talk to them to order. On top of that my order was missing 2 items and both of my burgers were very wrong. This locations Wendy’s has been slowly going downhill, can’t say it’s without reason.

We went for lunch, my daughter and I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad and my husband ordered the Classic meal. Neither one of our salads had any pecans, although it was still good. My husband ended up with a chicken sandwich, he figured a classic was the classic hamburger. We didn’t complain to the employees, we just ate and left. Also there were no paper towels in women’s restroom. ✌️

Very clean, really friendly service. The food here is really tasty. We didn’t go in just went through the drive thru cause it was pretty late. That’s a plus that the drive thru is open late, I had a chicken sandwich and my daughter had a wrap. Loved them!

Used to be my favorite fast food place to eat lunch. Now the prices have skyrocketed and quality is low. You get old and even sometimes cold food. You got crack heads in the kitchen yelling loud enough you can hear it in your car with the window closed, and visibly tweaking. Doubt I’ll return to this location

Worst Wendy’s ever. Possibly the worst fast food restaurant location ever as well. Sat at the window for 10 minutes after ordering nothing but a 6 piece nugget, without a single person taking my payment, giving me my food, nothing. I literally just drove off. The laziness and incompetence of employees these days in honestly insane.
