What a waste of time. This is probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I watched as my food was prepared. I ordered a baconator meal, double paddie, large fries and drink with a loaded baked potato. This place was not that busy. The double baconator was made with a smaller son of a baconator paddies and each layer got one piece of bacon.
In no rush for anything or anyone at all, they start working on the baked potato. The potato is unwrapped and trayed, then instead of cutting it with a knife they hacked it in half with a fork. The toppings where all a question to the employee and the potato sat on the counter for about 10 minutes, while they walked around. Needless to I canceled the order and left.

WORST Wendy’s I’ve EVER been to. So disappointed. There was one lady with red hair working, nobody in the drive through line, nobody in the waiting area inside and she somehow managed to half ass our food. The service was TERRIBLE. She stayed in the back the whole time we waited to order, so we ordered on the little iPad screen. She was so lazy and trashy. Very unprofessional and needs to be fired. You work at Wendy’s, you CHOSE to work there so quit acting like you hate your job. If you are not a people person, DO NOT CHOOSE TO WORK IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT YOU INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS OR FOOD. No waiting line or customers and STILL failed to give us fresh food.

Took 30 minutes to get the meal. I ordered a biggie bag double with bacon for 6 dollars. My wife ordered the baconator. So we took off, got on the highway, and I reached into my bag and chicken nuggets weren’t in there. My sandwich had like a 1/2 a piece of bacon split in half to make 2 pieces and my wife’s add the same amount of bacon. But I’m confused because you tell me which one looks like the $6 burger because They look the same. Here’s your picture to compare. She spent $15 for her meal. I spent $6 and pretty much. It was the same meal. Same amount of bacon too same burger size.We’ll not be stopping here again.To very disappointed especially with the prices were paying to eat.

RUN AWAY,
Legitimately workers on the line stopping making food to text and take Snapchat photos and took 35 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and food was not cooked. Employees were rude no gloves or beard mask I will never come back!!!
This is wild whoever owns this hopefully can try to fix this issue.

Every time I’ve come here the staff is pretty rude and not friendly at all.
The wait time takes forever, no matter how many people are there. Everyone looks and acts like they absolutely hate life.
It sucks it’s the only decent fast food place out here in the industrial area.

Around 3:20pm on 4/6/24. I ordered at the kiosk ticket number 346 I believe it was. We got our food in a timely manner. However, the food was terrible! Wendy’s is one of my favorites and today was a horrible experience. Every single table was dirty. Floors needed swept and mopped, yet 2 men in the front just stood there carelessly. We were the only guests in there and nothing was being cleaned or stocked up. They handed us our food in a bag. I ordered for 2 people, ketchup in dinning area was empty. I was ignored when I stood at the counter waiting to be helped, So I asked for a handful of ketchup and they handed me 2 packets. I stated that the ketchup in dinning area was empty and would like more than 2 packs of ketchup for the 2 meals I ordered. He proceeded to hand me 3 more. I sat down and waited and the 10 minutes after I said the ketchup was empty, it stayed empty. The crew leader told the employee, as we were entering the restaurant, to pay attention next time because he himself had already brought straws to the front. Still no ketchup!! Burgers were room temperature, probably should have kept those patties in the drawers for chili meat instead of serving them to me. Fries were old and the chicken nuggets must have been from yesterday. The only plus from today’s experience was a small frosty that I was given when I ordered a jr frosty (yes I got my jr frosty too). Place needs cleaned as well as better management.

The food wasn’t fresh, juicy, nor hot.
A staff member was quite friendly. Their card machine is kind of sketchy. The entire floor could’ve been swept, the dining tables could be cleaned, & their electric plugs could use a cleaning also.
