I pull up to the drive through at around 8 pm I believe, I order one double burger. There is no other customers, they immediately Ask me to pull forward, for what? For the ghost to get fresh food? So I do, then 8 minutes later I get my singular burger, room temperature with mayo on top of the top bun. I will only be returning for free food. Extremely ridiculous to be serviced this way when I’m spending 8 dollars on one burger. All I was looking for was hot fresh food quickly and I got none of it.

I ordered five sandwiches from Wendy’s for boom box had two drinks, two fries and two nuggets. The fries were completely cold and they blamed it on the DoorDash. Deliver they told me that Wendy’s doesn’t deliver so the only way I could’ve ordered from them was the order through DoorDash for someone which I did not order through DoorDash and if you order from their site for delivery whoever they contract out to is who gets the delivery whether it be DoorDash or GrubHub, you would think a manager of a restaurant would know that . The manager was so rude and Condon sending did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Did not mean I want to make it right and less I can bring out all the food at 9 o’clock at night which I could not do I wasn’t even concerned about the food when I called I called because my boo bucks did not come and I always get those for my kids for Halloween I pay for them they didn’t come with my order so I called in to let them know that I had not got my boo bucks, she asked if there was anything else and I told her that my sandwiches were not made right she told me that she knew that they were made right because she had made them. She tried to argue with me about what goes on the sandwiches and what was ordered are used to work at Wendy’s so I know how many tomatoes go on a sandwich and when I put extra tomatoes on there, how many tomatoes that is supposed to be That is something that has not changed in 20 years . She refused to give me her name said that she didn’t have to tell me her name and wanted to know why I wanted her name well when I come in to make sure that I am given my boo coupon books if they ask me what manager told me they would write that down in the book would that be a reason to have the managers name but the manager will not give a name that just shows that they are shady and don’t want something to come back on them . For now on if I cannot be at Wendy’s to pick up the food myself and make sure it is correct before I leave I will not order from them again definitely will not order for delivery ever again.

I have a great time every time I’ve visited this Wendy’s location. Whether it’s the calm, quiet freshness I need to start a good day, time to be with the community in the afternoon, or time to have with myself/at a “family” dinner that I need this store has always been a choice stop.

Ordered the exact same thing that we always get using the app. Usually everything is fine. Yesterday, I picked up the order . The bag was sealed as usual so I just drove home. Opened the bag at home and neither burger was even close to being correct. Plus both seemed to have been made quite some time ago they were far from being fresh. Very disappointing.

My order is wrong. Again. I did call up there and they were very nice about it. But the order was wrong, the food was cold. Especially the French fries. Having worked at Wendy’s I can tell that the fries had sat there for quite a while.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Guy running register walked around like he had no clue what he was doing. Not a single hello or I’ll be right with you from anyone. Multiple employees could see the customers in line. I let without ordering. Fast food? Slow service. Unreal.

$100 order, while there wasn’t many in the dining area they seemed super busy, two different people working on getting and bagging my order and they still managed to forget an order of fries and the sour cream and chives potato was just a chive potato. Kinda ridiculous.
