This place continuously gets orders wrong. Called to speak with manager and he cuts me off and rushes to get off the phone. Saying “next time you come in we’ll make that right”. Brother, I ain’t tryna come back. Yall just never gettin my orders correct, constantly leaving stuff out. Only 3 cars in line and I placed a mobile order 5 mins before and I got my food last, being the second person in line. How difficult is it to look at an order that’s right in front of your face and not complete it correctly and timely? Horrible management, horrible service, horrible wait times, staff needs to be drug tested

Stopped in for a quick bite, and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was spotless, the restroom required a pass code and was equally immaculate. I had the chicken strip meal and everything I received was fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff was very cordial also. Fantastic experience!

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Ordered the $6 biggie bag got the double stack with extra pickles the extra pickles entailed one extra pickle so there were two on there instead of one the fries were cold the chicken nuggets were cold my drink was filled 3/4 of the way up oh and it was 40 cents extra for a lemonade that tasted like someone stirred it up with their feet… I asked for barbecue and no onion at the speaker and lo and behold they forgot the barbecue and there was onion on my burger when I opened it…I asked her for barbecue at the window and she looked at me like I was asking her for a million dollars. They have one job working at Wendy’s they knew what they were doing when they took the job if they don’t like the job they should leave the job and find another job rather than be rude to customers who are basically contributing to their paychecks. Hardee’s just went under in our area… I think Wendy’s is next. To the franchise or corporate owner who reads this you need to do some serious training with your people on the ABCs of getting a fresh Burger and friendly service to your customer base who do nothing except try to order some fresh food from your drive-thru. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never go here again.

Nice store. Very up-to-date. Could be cleaner though.
The drink machines (very first thing in the morning) were still sticky from previous day. There was a chicken nugget in the middle of the open floor (I’m guessing from previous day), and the floors felt greasy/slick to walk on, even over by the bathrooms. This place won’t look nice for long at this rate. So far it’s nice because it’s new enough. Hope that gets managed well.
For now, I’d return, but I’ll be watching for signs of further deterioration in cleanliness.

I ordered the 4 for 4 (JR bacon cheese burger) *pictures right* my husband ordered the $5 biggie bag and we received hamburger meat, cheese and 2 slices of bacon between two pieces of bread. No mayo, lettuce, tomato. It was very dry and I could have made a better burger at home.
As you can see from the pictures below, there is no difference between the two meals. It looks nothing like the pictures or meals we’ve ordered in the past.

The store smelled of old grease. The floors were so greasy your feet would slide. We also weren’t acknowledged and decided if the dining area was this filthy we sure didn’t want to eat anything from the kitchen

When I went through the drive-thru they were out of everything except for hamburgers. The guy was very rude and the whole experience is awful. If this is what you get for $20 I’ll pass! This place needs new management quickly.

Went to go to the bathroom, employee was sitting on the sink taking his break.
Came back, employees ingore us for a while, call someone who enters and takes our order, ask for lettuce wrap, NO lettuce, on a bun, asked for no ketchup, EXTRA ketchup, tomato is bigger than the burger, employees completely ingored us when asked if it could be fixed. Floors were sticky.

Second time at a Wendy’s location where bacon has been left off an order. (First time at this restaurant). But I paid extra to get a bacon burger, drove off because I was in a hurry and then opened my sandwich and didn’t have any bacon. Come on guys it’s not that hard. They weren’t busy, no one was waiting on the lobby I just had a mobile order and maybe 2 people were in the drive thru.
