I have never eaten wendys but the past two times i have this week have been disappointing. Both my orders i have made have either been completely wrong or the food is cold. The first time my order was completely wrong and i wasn’t even given a receipt. Second time my fries are cold and was served with one singular piece of bacon and my sandwiches were the worst. Thanks for the two orange juices but this is disappointing. Thanks for reminding me why i never ate with you guys. NEVER AGAIN!

There is always something missing. Always. Always. Always.
On the off chance that my order is correct, it is usually with fries, that have been sitting there, at least an hour. Cold and chewy. The chiggy nuggies, cold, hard and chewy..
I’ll wait a while between visits. Hoping that maybe they will train people better, or find a staff that actually cares about their job and the product they are distributing. It has to be in the management. There’s no way I would let my employees give away, cold hard french fries.

Worst Wendy’s EVER. The staff are soooooo rude. My husband tried to get the family food after my surgery and was constantly asked, is that it? Is that it? He could barely order. Nobody got fries or drinks that we paid for.! Paid all that money for junk that tasted bad.

I usually get the Honey BBQ somewhat Saucy Nuggs. The reason I added “somewhat” is b/c they hardly put any sauce on the chicken nuggets. Then when you ask them to add some extra sauce, they either wanna charge you an arm & a leg or they wanna give you their BBQ packets which IMO, “DON’T TASTE THE SAME”.

Finished getting a haircut and decided to treat myself to some Wendy’s. Never ate at this particular location so I gave it a shot. Friendly staff and great service. 10/10 would recommend this location if you’re in the area and need a quick bite.

Still don’t understand how this Wendy’s is still open! Waited 30 minutes for my Mobile order and managed to make my chicken sandwich wrong not once but three times! Still had to wait another 5 minutes for my DRINKS JUST 4 small drinks Didn’t even bother no more just wished for my money back

The drive threw person had a HORRIBLE attitude the whole time and when my husband finally had enough of the attitude an asked for a manager we were told there was only 2 people working. They forgot food in our bag, straws, napkins, the receipt, and the food was COLD. When going in to get it taken care of there was 5 employees standing around. The lack of customer service skills and care towards us as customers was UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.

I have a large chocolate frosty and full sized Spicy Caesar Chicken salad. Which are both yum. However, I didn’t get any salad dressing. Bummer. I did call the restaurant and they promised to make it whole. Very nice.
