The Pie takes no shortcuts! We believe that quality takes time. It would be a MIRACLE if you get your pizza in less than five minutes! We like to consider ourselves old school, with no frozen dough or pre-shred bagged pizza cheese here. Everything at The Pie is made to order. Pizza dough is hand-rolled and hand-tossed the traditional way. We slice our meats, cheeses, and vegetables fresh every morning. Our sauces and dressings are made in-house to. The Pie also offers Utah’s best local Vegan and Gluten-Free options. We do this not because it’s the new culinary trend, we do this because we are a local family-owned and operated business and have done it that way for over 45 years. To us, it’s more about the interaction than the transaction.

I love the Pie and have ordered from them many times. Tonight I ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza with no chicken which I know is a weird order and was disappointed when it arrived and there was chicken on it after all. Normally I wouldnt say anything but the chicken is hard to pick off since it is under the cheese and I didnt want barbecue sauce with dough. I called and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right, and was connected with a manager named Graham who was absolutely delightful! He was kind and didnt make me feel bad for calling about it and offered to make and deliver a replacement at no extra charge which was honestly unexpected and made my night. Amazing customer service with a genuinely kind and pleasant person is always refreshing. Thank you Graham!!

I’ve been vacationing in SLC for 4 years now and haven’t had a good takeout pizza until ordering from The Pie Pizzeria. I’ve ordered a few times. I’m not adventurous so I just got a cheese pizza or a pepperoni pizza. I order the thin crust. I don’t like overly saucy pizza so this was perfect. It had a great flavor. I recommend it!

Pizzas pretty good, but got a 16 inch pizza that was charitably 14.5. That’s almost 20 percent less pizza than I paid for. So check it out, but also maybe bring a ruler.

I had heard great things in Salt Lake City about this particular pizza place. The service was great. The area was clean and tidy. But the pizza was terrible. I got a pizza to go and I was so hungry. I couldn’t wait so I reached inside the box to get a slice And the whole topping came off with the one slice. It had way too much cheese on it. I had to put the topping back on the pizza. It was a mess! The young ladies behind the counter were very nice and the service was quick.

The Pie has been the place for pizza for decades! We got the 23 inch vegetable supreme pizza . . .it is huge and tasty. The staff were friendly and responsive. It was a lot of money for the pizza but worth it. They also have pasta, and dine in. Although most people pick it up or have it delivered.

Had several friends recommend The Pie Pizzeria the next time I’m in downtown SLC. Super glad I stopped in at the to-go spot and grabbed a few slices for lunch. The crust is honestly incredible… it has the perfect amount of support and crunch for the enormous amount of cheese and toppings you get. This is EASILY one of the best pizza places in Utah. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The hotel we were staying at recommended this place, and I can see why. A bit pricy, but well worth it. It cost 30 dollars (we got the extra large, cheese with double pepperoni and a two liter soda, and it gave two of us two meals apiece, plus leftovers for one reakfast) The crust was handmade, and very sturdy. One slice (we got the extra large) can fill you up. I had my teenager with me and he could only eat a half a pizza (normally he eats a whole pizza). The pizza was still hot when it was delivered to us at our hotel, but still cool enough that we could eat it immediately and not feel like we were eating lava. The cheese was melty and plentiful. There were plenty of pepperoni – some in every single bite. I would definitely try this company again.

Our favorite pizza place in SLC. It is pick up or delivery only, but there is a sit down restaurant around the corner or they have picnic tables outside.
Today we picked up the meat pizza and a cheese pull apart, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
