The Wendy’s in North Kansas City on armor road is fantastic. Every single time I’ve been there, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I feel like a lot of fast food restaurants here in Kansas City Just have unenthusiastic and bored workers who will literally make you wait 3 minutes to ask what your order name was. I work in North Kansas City, and I get a 30-minute lunch break. I drive across North Kansas City to come to this Wendy’s because the service is so fantastic. And with a mobile order, I always get my food as soon as I say my name. Thank you, North Kansas City Wendy’s for being awesome!

I received my UberEats order missing my large drink and 2 cookies. They refused to give me my items. Uber wouldn’t refund. The Wendy’s asst mngr was rude. How are you restaurants always making mistakes yet coming out on top? No one is ever held responsible for the terrible service and lack of attention to detail in your orders. My order cost me $60 and it was so bad, I didn’t eat it.

This picture is all the wilted, brown and slimy lettuce from my Apple Pecan Salad. Some of the chicken was questionable as well. I went through the drive through. Got to work and noticed the wilted brown lettuce in my salad I had just bought 15 minutes prior. I went through the entire salad and put all the nasty lettuce and some of the questionable chicken in the lid of my salad bowl. There’s no dressing on what I picked out. This is not the first time I’ve gotten a salad like this from Wendy’s in North KC. They need to be checking the food before giving it to customers. This salad was just nasty! And I paid for all that nastiness!!

Previous visits inside, they ignored customers. Went through drive thru this time and they neglected 2 items. Went inside to get them an manager agreed about it. Will be last visit to this Wendy’s. Others are much better.

Terrible service got my order wrong 2 times and then decided to give me a bare bone burger with nothing on it when I ordered a double bacon burger .and then they gave attitude when I asked for them to fix it. Debating if I want to come back .

This is usually my go-to Wendy’s, but they disappointed me today. I ordered a Dave’s double combo with extra onions and two Jr bacon cheeseburgers. My Dave’s double was as small as my Jr. bacon, and it’s didn’t have lettuce, tomatoes, or extra onions. It’s just a big letdown from my favorite fast food place

Fries always taste like old fryer oil and they gave me a piece of lettuce just a little bigger than a quarter. How you gonna jip me on a full piece of lettuce AND give me gross fries. Chicken was hot, so there’s that.
