I travel for business ALOT so fast food is definitely something I am used to. What I am not used to is good quality service. But, this quick stop for lunch was worth it. While in a short line, I noticed something one does not usually see in a fast food establishment – an employee that provided fun yet professional engagement with the customers. When it was my time to order, your cashier Brittany Eddy met me with a smile and a greeting that made my day. My order was not only right, but hot, fresh and I did not have to wait “forever” like other places I frequent. I will stop here on my next trip just to see the smile and see if this is normal. But for me a first impression is usually a lasting impression so my instinct tells me this is probably the norm. The entire team at this Wendy’s obviously cares about what they do. For that – you just gained a frequent customer. Keep it up!

Tried to eat here. We waited in line for 15 minutes, then the workers started arguing. The lady would never even acknowledge me or look at me. She started complaining that she was tired and wanted to close the lobby. After waiting another several minutes for her to even start to take my order we just had to walk out. It was awful! My son and I were hungry and disappointed. We have had great service her before but this was beyond terrible. I don’t mind waiting, but I can’t handle being treated like I’m not there and that I’m a too much of a burden when I haven’t even opened my mouth to order.

They’re sooo friendly and fast service with fresh and hot food…. one thing is that they review your order and if u want to change they even help you…in others places no and no good service but here they are so happy to serve you asap and efficiently ✔️…. just figure how I like this place…because if I’m in this route….I stop there for my food… EXCELLENT SERVICE

Their cashier Brittany Eddy made this experience the best it’s EVER been!! She was phenomenal! Her customer service shined from the time she took my order until I was done eating and asked me how it went!! She really CARED about how my day was and told me to be safe on the road! I just adored her!! She made the meal! The food was good too, but WOW! Wendy’s doesn’t even deserve her. She needs PROMOTED!! So much I came back a gave her a gift card and a thank you card from Walgreens!! God bless her and Wendy’s for hiring such an amazing young gal!!

We’re on a with a bus tour group and they were able to get everybody served quickly. We had the apple pecan salad and it’s very good. My husband had to get fries with his meal. He would have liked for them to make them extra crispy but no luck with that.

I’ve eaten here for the last time for the foreseeable future. In spite of the drive thru frequently being closed and the someone’s slow service the food is almost always good. The problem is they’ve suddenly started price gouging. The last time there I paid nearly $15.00 for a Baconator and small fries.

This Wendy’s location is a hot mess. Drive thru closed half the time due to not enough staff, the staff that is there seems like they got the bare minimum of training. Food is always good and they’ve never messed up my order, but jeez gang, I’d rather go a couple towns over and know the drive thru is always going to be open and the staff trained.

I was served a half cooked classic chicken sandwich. When I returned to show it to them a young kid gave me attitude. This was July 29, 2023 about 9pm. The fries where soggy as if they had been put in the microwave. The girl cooking was I’ll give you another. I was like no thank you! DQ next door just as bad. I tried a hotdog on that side to replace Wendy’s and the bun had been microwaved. Felt like I was chewing on rubber. The only thing DQ did get right was the ice cream. I threw both orders of food away. The only reason I pulled in to Petro was because I thought they still had Iron Skillet. Not the trash they have now. Your better off going across to Waffle House.
