I’ve had hundreds of wings and numerous times at Popeyes. Ordered these and they were raw and barely warm…. Texture also felt undercooked. I figured honest mistake, I would let customer service know and once they see the pictures, they will definitely take care of this. I guess I was wrong. Money wasted on food that I threw away because it wasn’t prepared safely. Popeyes customer service had the same picture that I’m posting here and according to them, this is fine.
Most of the workers at this location either don’t speak English, or not very well and it makes it harder to have issues like this resolved at the restaurant. Even worse when you take the time to contact customer service and they just blow you off.

Old sandwiches with more batter than chicken is what ive come to expect from this location unfortunately. The fries, albeit cold, have great seasonings though!

Second time this month I drove through after work and got this WORST selection of fast food. Last time my chicken was dry and cold this time my popcorn shrimp was nothing but crisps of fried nothing and hard rice in my red beans and rice. $12 to Popeyes for nothing. Don’t go if you’d rather save your money. Not sure what happened at this location but they used to be way more consistent and reliable.

Be careful… Got chicken today and it was undone… The manager was very unprofessional…he was trying to take the chicken back from us before he gave us a replacement… we asked for our money back and then gave us the chicken… Got home and the second box of chicken was undone.

I recently visited Popeyes, eager to enjoy their famous fried chicken, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. One of the most disappointing aspects was the size of the chicken pieces. Several of them were surprisingly small, almost resembling appetizers rather than the hearty portions I anticipated.
While I appreciate that not every piece can be the same, the inconsistency in size made the meal feel unbalanced and left me wanting more. The flavor, which Popeyes is known for, was still there, but the lack of satisfying portions overshadowed the taste.

Always great vibes when I come in the Popeyes establishment as a whole is great food was well cooked and also delicious. This has been my go to spot for a while if you want some good Popeyes definitely come check them out.

This is the worst popeyes I’ve ever eaten from. Every time I’ve ordered from door dash my food has been horrible and it is definitely the last today. Even going to the store the chicken is always old because they cooking to much and when asking for fresh food they don’t want to do it. They are not the friendliest. I’m angry because it’s the only one in Parkville so you are most forced to go there. It’s need a staff makeover!

Chicken was hot and delicious and biscuits were good. However, I didn’t check my order (was in drive through) and was mad at myself; the large side of mac-n-cheese never made it to my bag. I live too far, so didn’t call to complain. Otherwise, its a great location.

2nd day in a row where I got nasty old food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday and it was ice cold and I did receive the biscuit I ordered so I made a customer service complaint to see if would change anything but it did nothing!!! Went today and specifically asked for a fresh sandwich and they smirked at each other I stood back and watched them and all they did was take the same old hard chicken sandwich and put it in the microwave and then proceeded to forget to give me my mashed potatoes that I ordered. This Popeyes is old dark and dirty and I’m definitely never returning to that location ever again
