Do not eat here! We were told by the cashier that they had just had 200 orders in the past 2 hours before we placed our order. I figured this is a good sign then…the food should be fresh. It was cold, the burger was dry, and the fries were soggy. I have never had such poor food at a Wendy’s before. The pop machine was out of ice and out of anything under the Coke category except regular Cola…no problem…it was all carbonation and no syrup. All of the condiment section was pepper and sugar I believe. Again, not a huge deal. Asked for ketchup packets and they were happy to provide them. When you combine the poor food, the drink machine, the condiment section and the general frigid temperature of the lobby, it was a horrible experience. At least 10 people came in while we were seated, only 2 of those people had been helped by the time we left. I ripped my sandwich in half and took a bite straight from the middle. Cold and dry.

There was not too many people there but it did take a while to get our food and to take our order. They may have been understaffed which could have been why. When we got our order we were missing 4 of our 9 items. The food was warm however and tasted good.

Eh. Eggs on both of the breakfast sandwiches were super crunchy. They definitely reset the timer on them instead of making new ones a few too many times. I still gobbled it up like the fatty I am though.
The other breakfast sandwich was for the dog, and I got no complaints from him about the eggs.

Decent Wendy’s in Hannibal, the staff were friendly and drive thru was fairly quick. The burgers were made as ordered and tasted good.

Chicken sandwich was good. Drive thru forgot the napkins. Drive thru staff appears lazy as they only take a menu board order after they handle the car at the window. This makes a traffic jam of 5 or 6 cars in the lot rather than having 4 or 5 cars between the widow and the menu board. In reality there is only one car at the window and one at the menu all the time with 4 cars behind that one. Food wait really slow go next door if you don’t have all day.

Great new atmosphere with free WiFi and charger station. The food was good, service a bit slow but quality food takes a bit. Gave me a change to enjoy the amenities.

They were a little busy but is there a good excuse for the garbage overflowing and gross women’s restroom? Our cashier was friendly though and the food was pretty good.

Ordered two baconator meals, one with chili, and a ten peice nugget. Showed the cashier the code on the app for a free 10 piece, it was not taken off the total. When I got home with the food I found and fork and a knife, no spoon, for the chili.
Ok… maybe they mixed it up.
Lastly, 1 bite into each of our baconators we were greeted with VERY undercooked burgers.
For $30 of my money for over priced fast food it should at very least be good.
I tried calling the several times with no answer.
After quite sometime of the quality going down and the prices going up, I think I’ve given up on faith in this place.

Stood in line for over 20 minutes before ordering. Only one person taking orders, filling orders. Drive through was also very slow, but not as bad as inside counter. Cheeseburger had almost no toppings and the lettuce should have been thrown out instead of making it onto the burger. Will never go back to this location. I recommend you go elsewhere.

This particular Wendy’s ALWAYS has problems. Whoever does the ordering does not order adequate quantities of food items. Today I stopped to get a pumpkin spice Frosty, and they’re already out! It just debuted a few days ago! In the past they have been out of tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. At a burger place!! Currently there seem to be decent quality workers, but there have been times when that has not been the case. There have been three different occasions when I have stopped to order breakfast, and no one has responded to my vehicle pulling up to the speaker. For at least four months I have wanted to purchase oatmeal bars for breakfast but have been told the oven is broken. I’ve also had experiences when they can’t print receipts because either they’re out of paper (this went on for quite some time) or the machine wasn’t working. This restaurant could be doing much better business if the regional manager would invest some time and energy into making it a better-functioning place. PLEASE pay some positive attention to this location so it can be a successful franchise.
