They always have their light off. They are very weird. The food is never fresh. I’ve always had the worst experiences here. Honestly, they’re terrible establishment. The managers apparently hired her daughters and they’re very very unprofessional. I’ve caught the daughter. I believe her name is summer. She’s always outback smoking weed. She’s never indoors and then this guy James he’s absolutely terrible. I just went into this location today, December 3rd and the wonderful manager her name is summer. She actually refuse service to me wouldn’t let me purchase my food and I was gonna buy me and my friends at least $20 worth of food at this establishment. I think it’s very sad. This company allows people like her to have a job. It’s disgusting when she sits out back and smokes all the time many times have I walked out to this establishment, I live close and she’s always outside and I of course, in this video captured her refusing service to me.

This Wendy’s was okay. Ordered two number fours with drinks and a baconator meal with a thin mint frosty. When I got the drinks, they added ice to the drinks and actually mixed the thin mint frosty unlike other locations, which I appreciate! The cashier at the front was nice too. I just feel bad for the location, it’s next to the weird KFC and overcharging soft pretzels. I recommend!

Best place if yr low carb/Carnivore. These patties are all beef,no fillers (did my research). Who cares if they are square. Easier to cut up then. They have knives, forks. They dont add any seed oils to their grill. (Researched) They have a plastic container to put just hamburgers in(no bun).
Not sure if they have al la cart but that would be awesome for more patties, pickles, bacon. Wendy’s yr killing it! Id love for yall to make a chili with NO beans or other protein like cottage cheese or grilled chicken as long as no added fillers like starch/sugar is in them. I went to Chick-fil-A & their grilled chicken is not real chicken, something from the moon.
Yr staff is awesome! Been here a few times & always very fast and accommodating.

Mostly the night time crew. They don’t help, there Always on their phones. They cheat you on the food. Overcooked hamburgers. So dry that no salt will help. You get a large fry and they give you a small. Oh they also help their buddies out. Free food for them. While real customers are waiting. Only the night crew. From roughly 8:30 till closing. Day time is a great crew. The best times to go. Open till 6:30pm anytime after. Prepare for crappy service. And food

They were understaffed, Jeremy, apparently the shift lead was not handling the pressure well, since he decided to engage in a yelling match with a Door Dasher. Our food was, as we expected, cold.
Once they had the drive through and inside customer’s fed, the entire staff went on break!! Leaving the counter unattended.
So my wife stood at the counter for 3 minutes yelling into the void, “Hello”, so we could get our frostys.
Trash cans overflowing .
Dirty counters.
Dirty floors.
Dirty tables and chairs.
Sorry you were understaffed, but staffing concerns are not the customer’s problem.
Perhaps, instead of everyone going on break, have a couple up front

Clean establishment but cold and lack luster. Soda machine was out of carbonation. Had to ask the kid working up front to fill our drinks from the drive thru station. It was like asking if he could drive me to the airport. Food was ok. Fries were cold but didn’t want to bother the kid again. Could only imagine how that scenario would have played out.

It doesn’t matter if the food is good or not, when the employee with the attitude that works around 9/10pm is consistently rude, I will go the extra mile to find a restaurant that will welcome my business. The owner should retrain this emlpoyee today. There are too many places to eat that will treat customers good every time.

My husband went on 10/14 around 1030ishpm he was told he could not do 2 separate orders in drive thru and had to go back in line to order again which caused our food to be cold. Also he asked for 2 chicken sandwiches and when he asked for the reciept the drive thru worker rudely told him “I’m looking at the screen it’s only 1 chicken sandwixh” since when is this type or customer service allowed…as well as the bun for my sandwich seems old or its been sitting out. I’m disappointed as I’ve been on the other side and worked at Wendy’s previously and would never allow food like this to be served
