I don’t eat bacon, but a few times at this location my food has come with bacon anyway. I usually don’t make a big deal out of it, but what really frustrates me is that almost every time I visit, they forget my sauces — even after I remind them at the window. Most of the time, it’s the same employee in a blue shirt who looks like a manager handing out the orders. I’ve worked in food service myself, so I understand mistakes happen, but this has been consistent. The staff is generally friendly and the food is good, but more attention to detail would make a big difference.

I spent $14 on a Baconator meal. It was awful. The burger bun was dry and hard. The meat tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. The fries were stale and cold. The best part of it all was my Diet Coke.
Avoid this location.

Just purchased my order today on my lunch break! I was surprised with a moldy infested potato and expired sour cream to go with the moldy potato! All customer service could do was give me a refund! No explanation given for moldy food. Making a report to all possible agencies! This is so unacceptable! All food should be checked prior to handing the customer their order. As soon as I opened the container for the potato, there was an obvious foul smell coming from the food. I feel this food was intentionally given to me wrongfully! There is no way the employees could not smell or see the obvious expired food items! I’m sick to my stomach and obviously watching for exposure to mold!

Worst Wendy’s hamburger and fries ever at Wendy’s. We went through the drive through and picked up the food, immediately ate it and it was cold! How can fries be cold st 12:55 in the afternoon? And the hamburger was not goid either! Wow! We regularly eat at Wendy’s and this was awful.

Place is so classy the manager stands next to the door and smokes with his apron on while playing on his phone, then throws the cigarette butt down by the door, I’m sure he washed his hands since he clearly cares about his job.

I had a horrible experience yesterday. I went in with my family, 12 of us total, 3 separate orders. On the first order we had 6 of the 4 for 4s. When we were about to pay, we were told they were out of chicken nuggets and that they would not be substituting anything for us. The manager on duty, Montresse, said that’s not her store, she just helping out today, so she don’t know what to tell us, she’s can’t do nothing about it. We kept some of the 4 for 4s because it was still cheaper than paying separate, even tho they wouldn’t come with the nuggets. The bacon on 4 of our burgers was NOT cooked. We had to send them back. No apology. Nothing. Montresses must have heard us telling the cashier and yelled from the back “IM COOKING BACON NOW” never came up to see us or even look our way.

I went into the Wendy’s at 2760 Muegge Road in St. Peter’s, MO. Ordered food. There were 4 employees working that I could see. We were the only customers inside. We ordered our food at 5:02 pm. At 5:17 pm I finally asked for a refund because none of the 4 employees were making any food. Instead they were joking around. When I asked for my money bank they called the manager who said why didn’t you make their food. One was laughing, the others said nothing. I got my refund and went to Culver’s next door. I don’t even know what to say!
