I love me some Wendy’s. Their food is always good and the service is pretty good too. We got our food pretty quickly this time, but there’s been quite a few other times when it took a long time till we got our food. It’s usually pretty clean in there except for the drink machine. They have one of the newer ones with the touch screen. It seems to always be leaking and be a little dirty on the ice dispenser part. Overall, though, it’s good food and their salted caramel Frosty was very delicious.

Visited on 20/31/2025. Terrible experience. This is the third chance I have given this location and they don’t fail to disappoint every single time. This time they were out of honey bbq, any drink that wasn’t diet or zero sugar (including tea), and baked potatoes. The register was backed up and the worker on counter had no sense of urgency. We waited in line while flies buzzed around us and flew in out of the cookie box on the counter (landing on the cookies too).When we finally got our order in, they served the people behind us first (same size group as us with a very similar order) and put out multiple drive thru orders in the ~15 minutes it took for our food to come up. When we got it and tried to find a place to sit, we had a hard time finding a clean table but eventually did. That’s when I noticed they’d put lettuce on my chili cheese fries. Don’t bother going here. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Marshall if you want Wendy’s.

Katey was absolutely perfect. She made us feel welcomed and was swift to correct errors in our orders, it was obvious they were training a couple new people. I have to give it to Katey she was the highlight of the entire Wendy’s experience! (I live 2.5 hours away and drive over 2k miles a week for work I go to two to three different establishments a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, coffee etc and spending time to review others is not something I have time for but Katey earned the effort)

Customer service was awesome
Order was correct and the staff was very courteous and polite. Fries were Hot and yummy. Tried peppermint frosty… Not a fan. Fries dipped in peppermint frosty much improved the frosty and wasn’t bad for the fries either. Was expecting a chocolate peppermint not a vanilla but oh well no biggie. Overall was a very good experience and much improved from previous times.

This place is going to close not because of wendys or the food, but because of incompetent employees and a manager that does not care, this place is always chaos , disorganized, messy kitchen and rude annoyed energy given by employees when it gets busy , they are slow service 15-20 for an order is beyond unacceptable and the store needs to be under new management ASAP!

No baked potatoes, said there ovens been broke for months? I spent 10 min in drive thru because I kept being asked to hold on the middle of order placement because maintenance had shown up and they said Maintenance won’t wait so they have to have the customer wait? Very confused visit.

came to eat through drive thru, got wrong order went back through the drive thru to get it corrected and the employee working laura at the window apologized said they would get it fixed then continued to wait another 20 mins until we finally got our food. zero stars for the business and other employees working tonight laura gets a thumbs up and 4 stars for being very understanding and workin with us and being understandable.

Glad to try Wendy’s again recently. It has been off of my radar for a while. I was reminded that Wendy’s offers a great value in terms of better quality, decent portions, and some more healthy options. I have been re- impressed with
