Shake Shack nailed it. Ordering from the tablet was super quick and easy and everything was smooth and intuitive. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly and they really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food came out hot and fresh and the chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious, crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The Oreo shake is a must try, thick and packed with flavor. Overall just a clean, well run spot that delivers every time.

This is the most bombast, Delicious, delightful burger I’ve ever had in my 51 years of taste buds!!!!! Had the delicious orange cream Milkshake. Amazing customer service I highly recommend you in the market for something super tasty. My only regret is that I ate the food so quickly that I didn’t get a picture of it. I’ll update it another time.

When I called the Mgr said to waitbtil his shift to come in and he would “figure out” how to compensate me.

They have the best coffee milkshake I’ve ever had. My son and I shared bacon cheese fries and the French onion soup burger and they were both so tasty. My son said it was the best burger he’s ever had. The bacon cheese fries were sublime. The fries and the bacon were crispy, and the cheese sauce tasted homemade, it did not have that plastic taste some cheese sauce has. So, so good. The only con is the price – it is very expensive.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this place. I gave it one last try today and I’m done. Food is always cold, staff seems aloof and over worked. The mobile app is a joke. You have to sign up to order online and it’s a pain. On one occasion after making four attempts through the app to order it didn’t go through so I went in to order on their kiosk. Took over 30 minutes to get my food. There was only one girl running food and the place was packed. Everyone in line was complaining and the manager finally came out and didn’t seemed concerned at all. There are so many things that could make their life easier, for example, have ketchup packets out. You have mustard and mayonnaise packets available but not ketchup . you have to wait to ask someone for ketchup packets if you’re dining out. Same with drinks. They basically have to do everything behind the counter for you but no ones able to help you if they are busy. Today when I picked up my lunch my hamburger had shack sauce which I ordered without so the girl took my sandwich threw away the top bun and replaced it with a new bun and didn’t add the other items I had back on the sandwich. The fries were cold too. Unfortunately it could be so much better but I’m done. Good luck!

I had such a great experience during my visit! One of the employees truly stood out, she was incredibly polite, efficient, and had the brightest smile that made my day. Despite having a disability, she worked so diligently and smoothly that you’d never know she had any challenges. She helped me place my order at the kiosk and then made all four shakes in just a few minutes!
It’s rare to come across someone who works with such care and positivity. Shake Shack truly has a gem on their team, and I hope to see her again soon. Thank you for the great service!

Been to plenty of Shake Shacks in my day. This place is top tier and the service is always on point and attentive. Open late until 11pm everyday is clutch the food is always delicious. Also, to all of the bad reviews on here saying that it was too expensive and pricy, next time try taking advantage of their offers for bogo burgers and you can sub out add-ons for free or little charge. I get 2 burgers, fries and a drink every time for $23 after 10% tip and tax
