Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Went to get food before I checked into my hotel. I’m here for work and my employer comps our food. When I received my food I checked the bag to see if I had a receipt I did not. In order to get paid for my food I need a receipt. I asked them for one and they said their machine was broken and they could not provide one. Asked for the manager who actually looked annoyed that I was asking for a receipt said nothing he could do because their machine was broken. Didn’t offer a refund or maybe even a coupon or even a frosty just plain old nothing I can do and closed the drive through window. Once i got to the hotel which was like 2min food was all cold as if it was sitting and they just gave me the leftover food they had. Worst experience I’ve had with this company and I don’t EVER write reviews but this place needs an overhaul and complete management and employee change. Will never go there again.

This Wendy’s was fantastic! I feel like fast food these days is typically poor quality, but this was not the case. They got our order correct and the food was obviously fresh! Great work Friday night Wendy’s crew!

I was so disappointed I wanted a baked potato thought about for at least an hr before I got there . They were out . Wanted Dr Pepper they were out . Wanted a salad they were out. I go to Wendy’s alot because I have alot of food allergies and I’m very limited. But anymore it doesn’t matter what town or state I’m in Wendy’s disappoints. And my husband always complains that they are the dirtiest fast food places he has ever been in

No soda in the fountain dispenser said unavailable for all had to get water fries were cold no ketchup in the dispensers no drinking straws or condiments very disappointed the employee said they got truck the day before but why was everything out and not filled especially for a supper rush

My biggest issues were that the women taking my order was not listening to me at all. I repeatedly said, “JR cheeseburger.” I again repeated my order before driving away.
The young man at the first window was nervous and very polite when i asked why my total was so much. He was not sure. Again, the young man at the second window was also very polite. The women blew it off.
I parked and got out my food. I’m eating it because I’m hungry and angry at this point! Do better people! Do better!

Bathroom was discussing beyond disgusting! Girl cooking had sneakers on that looked like she’s worn them in a mud pile. Soda was moldy, you could taste it!

Wendy’s. Last time they forgot a whole sandwich…. A sandwich. Then it took a while to get the replacement. It’s hit or miss like everywhere. 6-4-24 tried breakfast here for the first time, and the last. Pretty weak. Biscuit sandwich meh, cinnamon thing is tiny, French toast sticks were just that. No cinnamon or anything.

The food was a tad cold but honestly that was the only down fall and it wasn’t really that big of a deal. Probably the cleanest wendys I’ve ever been too, food was good and quality for a fast food, definitely affordable highly recommend, thanks wendys for showing me there’s hope for fast food still!

Mold on the ceiling tiles water dripping from moldy air vents, greasy floors lack of attention to dining room unclean. The bathrooms are filthy the one toilet actually moves inependently from the floor. The food was good, and came out quickly.
