The girl who is running the front do not care about all the people who is waiting in line . Food was good but I feel everyone in the kitchen was discombobulated .. Burger was raw and pink. We usually go to this location because it’s the closest to our house but it always gives us trouble. Food is typically cold and old. The app hardly ever works. I went back to get a replacement burger and they did replace it. I asked if I could have a refund of the sandwich since I had to drive back and they refused which was frustrating.

They will make you sit in your car for 12 minutes in the parking lot over fries let the other person stay there with only 2 cars and serve the other person while you wait. People have lives, your business relyes on customers not the other way around.

My husband went through and ordered several different meals every single meal was messed up not one meal was complete The hamburgers were completely wrong we ordered a taco salad didn’t get the chili to go with it My son got a baconator that was only a double cheeseburger tried to call them refusing the answer the phone we spent over $50 on meals and burgers that were completely wrong completely we are so dissatisfied this is terrible service

AVOID!!! Man, this place is going downhill rapidly. We received our order and it was burnt. We went to get some sodas at their dispenser only to find the dispenser had no ice, and there was no Coke available. Then I tried to get ketchup for my fries and the dispensers weren’t working. When I went up to get ketchup in packets from the staff, they gave me two packets. I then got a cup that I normally would put the ketchup into if the dispenser was working only to discover that the two packets they gave me didn’t even fill up half of their little tiny plastic ketchup cups. And, the worst part of all, is that the food was not hot or warm, and we ate our meal in their facility. Needless to say we won’t be back!!!

100% unprofessional service.
Placed an online order. Chili was out, so I was able to substitute another item. No big deal. Got home with the food and was missing one burger, and one potato looked like someone jabbed there fingers into it. I went back and the Manger blantly complained about me, where I could hear her. She gave me my food, with no acknowledged, apology or anything. Oh, she was also handling raw meat with no gloves, and all she did was use a paper towel afterwards.

I do not usually eat fast food, but we were traveling and hungry. As I waited, I looked around. Cleanest lobby, kitchen, everything, I have seen anywhere. The employees were respectful, polite, clean and didn’t seem to resent customers interrupting their day. Smiles while taking order, smiles while cooking it, and handing it over. Food was fresh and hot. Thanks guys!
