Loved the breaded mushrooms. Asked for a different white pizza though and was given a different one. First experience of 5 people and that was the only thing messed up. They put a lot of cheese on everything! Definitely don’t skimp on cheese here! Would come back to try more things off their menu because saw some tables ordering salads that were pretty big sized that looked good. They have a pretty big menu….lots of different pasta options also.

Mostly with friends on motorcycle rides (great parking out back), I have been stopping in here for years, . The staff is friendly and the place is basic and clean. I usually have a sub and sometimes a salad. All have been tasty and a good portion. On my stop last week, I had a sausage sub with peppers and onions. The portion of sausage, cheese and filling was generous to the point of spilling out while I ate it. It will continue to be a place a frequent.

Food service, meh. Taste, good. Customer service, pathetic. Tried to talk to manager about concerns, especially after multiple positive experiences in the restaurant. We were coming away very disappointed and lacked any desire to return. Response was excuses and little to no ownership regarding product and definitely no concern regarding a potential lost customer with a belligerent and false “have a good day” on the way out the door. For a small town restaurant, would really expect more interest in customers experience and concerns, but not at Mario’s I guess. Too bad really!
