Cashier didn’t know how to ring up hamburger with ketchup only. Manager came to correct her. Our order was still wrong– cheeseburger with everything on it. Also cashier was not welcoming at all.

Went thru drive thru. Asked for the BOGO. 1 chicken sandwich reg price 2nd for $1. Same with frosteys. Was charged for 2 regular priced frosteys instead of the 2nd one being $1. When questioned the gal was snotty and rude to reply THEN shut the window in my face and ignored me so I said screw it and drove away! In my town, this Wendy’s doesn’t seem to be as busy as other fast foods. Will be a long time before I return. Better retrain your employees Wendy’s. Burger King made a delicious lunch for me.

My husband and I were excited to try the sandwiches in the pictures. We were motivated from watching “YummyBitestv” on YouTube. Her and her man tried the brown sugar bacon turkey club which looked absolutely amazing. I wasn’t disappointed with my first bite. My husband sandwich was good but they didn’t put as much brown sugar bacon in his sandwich as they did mine and believe me there’s a HUGE difference. As far as customer service, it seem to always be a problem with the workers and they’re attitude. My lemonade was horrible! Although, the lady replaced it with a Sprite (Because my husband asked) she did it with a slight attitude while saying, it’s “lite” so uh yeah”

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. Found a hair in my husband’s bacon double stack, went to the counter to speak to a manager. She was literally the worst manager I’ve ever came across. Her words when i brought the hair to her attention, she said ” um what am i suppose to be looking at, i pointed to the NOTICEABLE hair she proceeded to say..”I’m sorry what do expect me to do” worst customer service I’ve ever had.
