Just went to this wendy’s and the AI order method cut off my order. Then at the window the workers were just standing there. Once they finally came to the window I asked them to add an additional 6 piece chicken nugget. They did and charged me for it which is perfect, but then failed to include it in the bag. Poor service and bad AI.

I was craving fast food and decided to get Wendy’s since it’s close by. I got 10 nuggets and a sandwich. I went through drive through but had to wait for the food. I had already left but when I checked the bag, they didn’t even give me my sauces.

Ordered new items and received almost nothing not even the chicken in my chicken sandwiches— i got mozzarella patties and bread, mostly melted frosty’s and cold plain fries—not a whisper of garlic anything.
Worst GH experience ordering Wendy’s off the heels of another bad experience at a different location. (I have learned my lesson)
None of that receipt was ordered that way— checked to make sure i didn’t mis order through GH and not the case
Took up issues with Grubhub who put forth a resolution. Reached out as i believe they are experiencing integration issues directly to the restaurant; I thought i could bring this to their attention and help (i have some experience with 3rd party integration)
But no one will speak they answer the phone and then silence….
My cost spent range reflects pricing through GH*

I went to this fast food store because I did not have time for a sit down restaurant. When I entered the store, there were four people waiting in line to order, but none of the store staff appeared to want to take the orders. I waited over ten minutes to make my order, a full size Southwest Avocado Salad. The salad arrived with only a few slivers of fresh tomato, and the green sludge was not fresh avocado. No one asked me while I was eating in the store if I liked the food. This store could use some attitude adjustment.

My experience here was at 3pm on a Tuesday. Pretty slow so the service was fast. The ladies that were working worked efficiently and were very welcoming. The food was piping hot and delicious! The only downside was, they were out of some sodas. Other than that, great experience!
