Very disappointing experience at this location. I placed my order at 5:07 PM and didn’t receive my drink until 5:30 PM, even though the store did not appear to be busy. I understand the job can be stressful, but it took over 10 minutes just for my order sticker to be pulled, and then I had to wait an additional five minutes for tea to be brewed. When I received the drink, the cup was not full all the way.
There was no effort made to address the extended wait time or even provide any resolution. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and poorly managed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning anytime soon.

This Starbucks at 101 Sigma Dr is one of the best I’ve visited! The store is always clean and well-organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your drink. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming — they make every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you’re in the Summerville area!

This Starbucks was really nice. It is located conveniently close to the I-26 in Summerville/Nexton area.
I ordered a caramel machiatto with hazelnut and an extra shot. My only problem which I take full responsibility for is the lack of hazelnut taste in it. To be honest I did not taste a hint of it. The barista was nice.

My coffee and food is usually good but this is the slowest Starbucks in history. If you’re in a hurry, do a mobile order 15 minutes in advance and pick it up inside, if not you’re gonna wait in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes. The workers here are usually really nice too, just SO SLOW.

Ordered a cinnamon dolce latte light whip in a for here cup. Was told there isn’t no whipped cream because I wouldn’t light whip on it. It’s called after I paid. It would be a 15 minute wait which is not a big deal but at least tell me before I placed my order or pay for my order so that way, I can make the decision if I want to continue with the purchase. After waiting for 15 minutes, what I got was a cinnamon dotted latte grande not Venti like I ordered and not in a cup, but in a paper cup, which I did not ask for upon tasting it, there was no cinnamon on it. Hence the name cinnamon dolce latte. I suggest not going to the Starbucks because they can’t get a simple order correct and they didn’t listen to what I said. Also, inside it was very loud and they are slamming things behind the counter making it unbearable. I have seen Starbucks that are a lot more busier with fewer people working and their drinks were flying out and they were right at other Starbucks locations. Would definitely avoid this Starbucks and go up the street to the other one or go to Dunkin’ Donuts.

First time in a long time where I have been completely satisfied with my Starbucks visit. I’m new to the area and chose to pop in to the cafe to get work done. It was definitely busy, but the barista were really pleasant and took the time to make the cutest little heart shaped latte art before adding the cinnamon. No one looked depressed or sad to be there. The music was great and the gentle bustle reminded me of Starbucks back in the day. I know managing busy crowds on a weekend is not easy, and I so appreciate the Starbucks crew taking the time to choose to remain pleasant through it all. I felt this location really appreciated my business. It’s been a tough week, and just gentle human kindness means so much. I will continue to patronize this location specifically in the future! ❤️

Let me first start off by saying. I live about 20 minutes away from the Nexton location. But there is one about 5 minutes from my house. But I will drive the 20 minutes. Just because this is my favorite location. From all the amazing barista’s. I can’t name each and every one of them. But Ty and Brook are the ones I can’t forget. They are the sweetest. And you always see a smile on all of there faces. There always laughing. And even when it’s there rush time. There quick to say I’m sorry for the wait. But it might take a few more minutes. With a smile still on there face. I pray all the barista’s that work at this location never leave. Because they are the reasons I will forever drive the 20 minutes. So if any of them happen to see my review. Just by my drink order. They know exactly who I am. The second I walk thru the door. Or even when I pull up to there speaker. So this is my order.

And two tall cups of ice. Of course because the ice is sooooo good.

So if y’all are seeing this. Thank you, thank you for making customers feel so good. The second we walk through the door. And if it was my choice. I would give each of ya’ll an award. Because doing what ya’ll do I know not everyday is sun shine and rainbows. But ya’ll make my 20 minute drive worth it every time…

My husband and I go to the Sigma location every day, and today was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We always order through the app and pick up in store. This morning, when my husband went in, his drink was ready but mine was not. He asked the barista about my order, and instead of checking the system, she asked him what the order was. He explained that he didn’t have his phone with him and asked if she could look it up. She did not respond or make any effort to help.

A few minutes later, she placed several drinks on the counter and called out multiple names — but not his. So he continued waiting, assuming mine wasn’t done. Eventually, he went to check the counter himself and found my drink had been sitting there. When he asked about it, the barista insisted she had called his name, but she absolutely had not.

We come to this Starbucks every single day and have never had service this poor. Because of this barista’s lack of care and basic customer service, we will now be taking our business to Dutch Bros. We don’t ask for much — just that our order is handled correctly and that we’re treated politely, as we always are with staff.

I did speak with a manager who listened, but she did not seem particularly interested in resolving the issue. That’s fine — but considering we spend roughly $20 a day, 7 days a week, we’ll be going somewhere that values our business.

The Starbucks is normally pretty busy but that’s the thing they’re used to being busy. So when they have a moderate amount of through traffic you get your drinks super fast. I literally pulled up at 9:17 and had my drink in my hand by 9:21. They’re amazing!

The friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been it! I travel all the time for work, and I’m in and out of many stores to get work done. This team here is incredible, so kind to each other and customers. You can feel it the whole time you’re here. Kudos to the leadership team at this location! Keep up the great work.
