I hate even writing this because the breakfast here is actually delicious and fresh. When I come around 8:20am, the food is always made right and there is a woman working mornings who is fast and does a great job.
However, the evening experience was completely different.
I went around 6:30pm and ordered a wrap and nuggets and frys . I was parked and waited about 25 minutes. I finally went inside to check on my order and was told it was “almost ready.” While waiting, I heard an employee say they had just made fresh fries, and another employee pointed to older fries and said, “Hand me those.”
When I finally received my food, it was cold. We reheated the fries at home, and when my husband bit into his $12 wrap, it was pink inside.
Morning quality is 5 stars. Evening quality was not even 1 star. I won’t be returning at night after this experience.

We placed a mobile order. They parked us. Sat for 20 minutes. Watched 9 cars behind us get their food and leave. Went back thru window and they said it was almost ready. Parked again. 5 minutes later, they bring us our food. They forgot a chicken sandwich. The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The only thing we ordered was fries, chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich.

Showed up to the drive-thru and there was no line. Was asked what we wanted to order and after saying the first thing we wanted, the worker asked us to please wait a minute before continuing. We waited 5 minutes and no one ever came back to help us. We ended up saying hello into the speaker and they clearly had forgotten we were there. Once we got up to the window to pick up our food we got no apology or recognition of what just happened and saw clearly all the workers were sitting around chatting. Burger was cold, cheese was not melted. Fry was half way full.

Food took 10 extra minutes to come out and then no frostys to be found. I had to go back in and wait in line again, then 0 urgency to actually get me frostys. The line was “I’ll get them in a moment” but then the server just took the next persons order. Not sure I’ll be back when it takes 25 minutes to get my “fast food” order completed.
Oh, and two other people had errors in their orders while I waited for mine while a 3rd person walked out when the person taking orders just walked away.

My friends and I went to get a 50pc nugget and 20pc nugget. Understanding that there would be a wait, they had us pullover to the side. The guy that took our order did not have his name tag on so we didn’t catch his name but he did have a beard. He brought our food to the car after waiting for about 10mins and he proceeded to hand us the bag of food while flicking us off with his middle finger. Which is absolutely ridiculous, when we simply ordered something off of the menu at 8:30pm. I was even wanting to give the guy a tip when he walked out to the car but he decided to be rude instead. If the order was that big of a deal it could have been communicated to us that it was too much for them to handle. I’m not expecting top tier service from wendy’s but getting flicked off for no reason was kind of crazy

I order food and then had it repeated to me. They some how missed a whole combo meal on my order. When I came back to get it they told me they never even recorded it. So I paid for a meal to then get yet again the wrong burger… (never given receipts) I stopped back up there and when I tried to get my food fixed I gave the girl my bag of food. the girl stormed off and left me there for 5 min. A guy finally came with the right burger but not the meal. When I asked where the rest was he got defensive and started questions me and I had to convince him to ask the other worker. He then started getting nasty once I said to not get defensive and just ask. Started to swear and defend I think his girlfriend, not sure. But I felt very threaten just to try and get what I paid for.
3 time I had to go back and each time was met with the same hostility and aggression.
