Could have been 5 stars but the girl in the register have a little attitude. I used a coupon and She was dragging the whole time taking my order and when She took the coupon…… But the Food is fresh and delish!!! So I guess attitude and all, I might still come back here and hopefully somebody else will be at the counter specially when I use my coupons.

Saucy nuggets were not saucy. Got garlic parm and honey bbq(honey bbq not shown not saucy either).Not saucy whatsoever. Went to the Villa Park location 2 weeks ago when I first tried these at that location, the nuggets were very saucy and delicious.

3/21 Came by last night and ordered a meal and was offered a cookie for .99 cents i took that offer got home and took a bite off the cookie and thankfully i didnt take a deep bite cookie, it was very hard almost chipped my tooth no lie. Check your cookie before you leave the drive thru!
3/22 Update: went to wendy’s for a meal and told the person at the drive thru about the cookie situation. Mark these words the lady said “well…..yesterday was yesterday i cant do nothing about it”. I drove up to the window asked to speak to a manager, the lady with the same accent said that she couldnt help and that i need to get with night manager, so i left with no cookie or refund.
This wendy’s in my opinion needs some type of re training on how to treat customers, 1 there should be no reason to deny someone a refund or a fresh item again especially if you call yourself a manager. She never asked if i had the reciept or the cookie, and i wasnt going to bother making a scene for a 99 cents cookie. Instead i rather write a lengthy review to express my thoughts and opinions.

The quality of the food at this location has been deteriorating over time. I bought a kids meal today and my daughter shows me how stale and disgusting the burger is. I ask to see the fries and well you can see how bad they were in the picture.

I’ve been coming here for almost twenty years and never really had an issue, but the last two months I’ve received the opposite of what I always request, “No onions, but extra pickles please”… I even confirm this at the drive through with the person taking the order and the person who hands me the bags… Ive gotten extra onions and no pickles on my last three orders. I try to call and nobody answers. I don’t want to be the guy who sits there and opens up burgers to check before pulling away, but my daughter won’t eat onion or anything and onion has been on or smells like… So I guess I’ll have to start holding up their drive through even more than it already is.

Night staff is absolutely unprofessional. I work for a gig delivery service. When I got to the window, I was handed two bags that had been rolled up together to seal them. When I questioned if this was the correct order I was met with an attitude. Your employee didn’t even confirm the order number. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this particular location. And when places haven’t confirmed the order I’ve been given the wrong order. Other places like McDonald’s actually care about presentation and make sure the order is properly sealed along with confirming the order number. Smh…

I typically eat a well-balanced diet but I recently decided to treat myself to some Wendy’s. Ended up with food poisoning the next day that lasted almost 72 hours.

Service is always fast, food is always fresh. Its always cleaned and well stocked. The food is so good amd the prices are good as well. They always run awesome deals. Right now it’s .50 cent Frostys. They also at times do 1.99 kids meals. I just love this resteraunt and the company.
