Never gets my order right like ever. Always ask for a baconator and I think they are too lazy to make bacon so they just put a patty in between 2 buns and lettuce on top. Genuinely just never gotten my order right. Horrible

I come to this Wendy’s all the time cause its closest to my work and it was great, but lately I’ve noticed a decline in service and food, especially in the morning. I will be the only person there in the morning and order just a 6 piece french toast meal through the mobile app and I get parked by the door to wait? Multiple times this has happened and i go almost every morning. Also, the food itself has not been great either. The potatoes most of the time have been over cooked and inedible, just opened my sandwich to see zero honey butter on it and it just seems like things are getting worse each week. Don’t think I’ll be coming to this location any more.

I’m a resident of Batavia and been coming to this wendys for years. Recently bought a meal through the drive thru and specially asked for fresh food and they gave me a Dave’s triple. Meat patties was grey and cold . Buns was stale. I’m not having it. Will never bring this location money ever again. The management should be embarrassed. Do not eat here , the poor reviews speak for itself.

The last two Frosty purchased here were terrible. It was as though they had been melted and refrozen. By the time I was half way through it was like drinking chocolate water. I will not be shopping there again. Although I do like the chicken wraps. Won’t be recommending this place

I went through the drive-through at around 7:30 PM on 7/23/24 and the young man who took my order and handed me the food was just so exceptionally sweet and polite. He had one of those authentic smiles that sent you away smiling. The future looks bright for this generation.

I’m visiting and walk in to use the bathroom and it’s pristine! So I decided to eat. Everything clean and service was excel. They also had a gospel song on in the lobby! Super cool atmosphere! I I recommend not based on the gospel song but based on the manager on hand and the service, they are super sweet!
