Wendy seems to be picking up the pace lately. The burgers were freshly made and the fries were quite hot. Also I like their fountain drink selection which is too many to mention. They need to work on stocking their condiment section, such as catch up napkins as well as straws. If you’re eating inside I prefer the cups of ketchup versus packets. Restroom was clean. Also the parking lot was maintained well. The service was timely and I received everything I purchased. Keep up the good work!

Definitely one of the least favorite Wendy’s. I avoided this place for years but it is across from med center I use. After a 12 hr fast its insight ready for small feast. To bad nothing changes after waiting ten minute to order, there was a be with u soon acknowledgement. Hmmm after a while with a empty drive through I just left. Corporate should fine this store for being a embarrassment. Ill never waste time or money at this location. Ever. You know the saying.

I usually don’t post reviews but I ordered 2 Baconators and Dave’s Double for my family and at first one of my sandwiches was missing so I had to make a return trip to Wendy’s. No problem. They had my sandwich ready when I came back. However I got 2 Dave’s Doubles and 1 Baconator. When I got home all of my sandwiches were poorly wrapped as shown here. I wouldn’t recommend this location as there’s clearly an issue with the basics here as ingredients from my sandwiches were all over the inside of the bag.

07/03/2023 – Went to this Wendy’s at 4:15 pm. I and 4 OTHER PEOPLE in line, were told by the manager (get this), “THEY WERE DOING A SHIFT CHANGE, AND WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT SOME TIME” (Huh?) … EVERYTHING STOPS at THIS Wendy’s because they are doing a “SHIFT CHANGE” … All FIVE of us walked out! …. I and at least 2 others went down the street to the OTHER Wendy’s and got our food ….I’m SURE the Franchisee would LOVE to know what THIS Manager did ….

The beef was grey and barely cooked. Ordered chicken sandwiches which makes it worse. A woman working the drive thru was in her small pink pajamas and flipflops. Fries were still raw and cold. Completely disgusting and unsanitary

Customer service has gone down. In the last 2 weeks at drive through I had poor service. One time, one rep had her cell phone on high speaker while her caller was saying expletives. Another time, this past week another rep acted rude. I originally wanted a sandwich but when she told me they had run out of an ingredient (which happens) I immediately dropped that sandwich and requested a salad. At the window, she gave me a weird look as if she was bothered that I had changed my order and instead of putting the bag on my hands, she made me reach for it, gesturing she didn’t want to touch me. Weird.

I’ve noticed a lot of the reviews refer to the customer service. Being an introvert we got delivery. Man was that amazing. The ghost pepper ranch is bomb AF. We got chili cheese fries and added the ghost pepper ranch to it. Amazing! We also got the chili, ghost pepper chicken sandwich, the bacanator jr. Also got pub burger on a pretzel bun. Delicious. The driver Troy was really nice as well. Also apologized for Wendy’s not having bigger bags so we had like 4 different bags. Also can’t go wrong with a chocolate and strawberry frosty.

The food is ok but the employees…. Jesus they are so rude. They are impatient, snappy and over all bring down the mood of the place. I was having trouble to hear threw the drive threw speaker so I had to ask them to repeat them selfs and they would get snarky and over all RUDE. I live in the area. This is the worst Wendy’s! I came here on several occasions and even my friend went without me. The food was not cook. My chicken nuggets is alwayssssss cold. Never fresh. My friend nuggets was wet on the inside, damn near not cooked. You guys need to drop it longer and retrain your employees. Y’all need to be shut down. I hope corporate sees this review.
