The cashier is taking money from accounts into another account and stealing from the Wendy’s. I went through the drive thru and she told me to pull back then pull forward and I asked her why.. and her response was so I don’t have to pull up. That doesn’t make any sense. This Wendy’s is very shady and is stealing. She didn’t even give me a receipt.

I ordered on the mobile app and instead of a big bacon single I received a single with a very small piece of lettuce, a small piece of tomato, and a small piece of onion. And no bacon. I also ordered two bacon double stacks, only one of which had bacon. The fries were cold. I tried to contact Wendy’s with a chat bot on its app, but that doesn’t seem to be working. There’s a big sign at the second drive thru window that says No Cash Refunds, and now I see why they need that sign there.

Absolutely terrible service. Asked for a chicken sandwich and the girl confirmed and still gave me a beef sandwich without the bun that was in the pic. Went back and waited another 30 mins for another wrong sandwich. I asked for Classic 3 times and confirmed 3 times to get home to bite into a spicy sandwich. Simpletons are us over there. Just absolutely trash. Argh what a waste of time and money
