Just visited this location after a long time of cutting fast food from my diet. I ordered a double cheeseburger with nothing on it except cheese and mustard. No drink, no fries. It was $8.02. The burger is smaller than it used to be. So a small burger by itself was $8? One more establishment I will nit be returning to. Insane price gouging.

She tried to give me just the burger no pop no chilli she forgot fine then I get home it’s a small chilli my burger had no bacon it was sloppy not what I ordered I threw it away it was nasty Wendy’s used to be good not this one never going back and there pop taste like seltzer water 0 quality

Service was extremely slow. It seemed only a single order was taken and completed at drive-thru before the next order was taken. There was only one car ahead of me and only once car behind me. I ordered a Breakfast Baconator Sandwich, a Classic Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich, and a Medium Seasoned Potatoes. I was told that they only have Small and Large. I replied that the menu shows Small, Medium, and Large. After a few seconds of silence, I was told to drive around. When I reached the window, the girl at the window did not greet me, had no smile, and mumbled a total price. I said, so you do have the Medium Seasoned Potatoes? She mumbled back, yeah. I handed her my credit card, she took it and a few seconds later walked away. About 3-4 minutes later, I had to flag someone down to have the girl who took my credit card to come back to the window so I could ask her for my credit card. She walked over to the register and then handed me my credit card, but looked annoyed as I inconvenienced her. About a minute later, she handed me the bag of food then closed the window without a single word. I never was handed a receipt and there was none in the bag. That person had the personality of a Stop sign. In regards to the food, the Baconator Sandwich was missing the second layer of bacon and the bacon that was in it was burnt. The Classic sandwich had an old dry bun. The Seasoned Potatoes were barely warm. The food should always be hot and fresh, especially when they are not busy.

I ordered a baconator meal with a baked potato a strawberry lemonade and a chocolate frosty. My food was disgusting to say the least. My burger was dry and hard and the bacon was burnt. My potato was brown and disgusting and you can tell the potato was old with black spots inside, I didn’t receive the frosty and I got a fruit punch instead of the lemonade I ordered. This was completely unacceptable and I had no choice but to throw the entire order in the garbage. Called and no answer.

Worst customer service.. and from what was supposed to be a general Manager..Chris..Christopher… whatever his name was..I ordered through the app..they did not have fries that I ordered..so i tell them give me the other ordered stuff..okay they tell me pull up to wait on it…I waited about 15 min..i thought they forgot about me…finally they bring out one sandwich..forgetting the chicken nuggets…and ended up making the sandwich wrong..I go back around in drive thru..tell them what I asked for…still ended up making the wrong sandwich..I go in to talk to the so called general manager..after waiting and all the back and forth..he grabs the bag and says I’ll make it over..I tell him I think I should be able to have that with all the mistakes and time I’ve been wasting..I mean at least for the inconvenience..give me that too..because you’re just going to trash it…he says “OH I got you” ..completely lied took the bag threw it in the trash and then still handed me the wrong food..so i had to come back inside again..I will never go back there again..and if he is the Manager…Wendys need to do better

I purchased a Biggie Bag and the fries looked old, the honey mustard sauce was runny and lacked flavor, and the crispy chicken sandwich was like an old school lunch sandwich. As cheap as it was, it still wasn’t worth the price.

Went to the drive thru and was told they have no mayonnaise at all. Ordered 2 BiggieBags)Chicken BLT anyway. The Cashier had on a bright pink bonet and no uniform shirt. I drove 15 min home and found no Bacon or tomato and literally a piece of lettuce on both my sandwiches. I called for over an hour to complain and no one ever picked up. Update: it’s been weeks later since I talked to the AM Manager who assured me after I gave her all my information that I would be receiving a call back or email from someone higher up. Still no call or email. How are you still in business and why are these people stilled employed?

When placing my order I was being rushed as if there were cars behind me. Customer service is awful how they speak to you. It cost you nothing to be polite. I do understand customer service isn’t for everyone however they choose to work with the public. This is a place of business and, you are giving a service. It would be hopeful if the staff would be mindful when dealing with customers. This definitely could bring down business.

Again a bag full of cold food old food I swear this was somebody’s lunch they made and didn’t eat instead they sold it out the drive thru I can tell that this happens a lot here cause the manager already knew why I was calling this store on 167th in oak forest need to fire their entire management team cause to continue on blatantly messing up orders and pushing bad product it say the employees don’t care and management is unfit
