So was out and about and decided let me try this new Wendy’s snack wrap and I was excited like yes okay let’s taste it and well I get home and as I’m eating it I’m observing the flavors which was bland then there didn’t seem to have much sauce. The tortilla it was wrapped in wasn’t soft or warm was very tough to chew . So I mean to each its own on their experience but mines was a 2/10

Who is in the Drive-Thru at 12:13 43 meals two baconator in a classic chicken sandwich they gave me a double stack and our classic chicken sandwich had a hair in it I called up there took them 10 minutes to answer the phone I have to call back twice by this time it was 12:40 and I let them know what was the problem and I told them that I’ll be on my way for my sandwich and they told me they’re about to close so here I am play Old double stack sandwich definitely wasn’t fresh and my wife got her hair and her chicken sandwich it’s not the first time they messed my food up

This is the worst Wendy’s ever. Been in the area for about 4 years and they can’t get it together. 9 out of 10 orders are wrong, that’s after waiting for up to 15-20 minutes,at first I empathized since I know how being a fast food employee can be challenging but come on. From the annoyed tone they give upon taking your order and the here just take your bag and go vibe when you get to the window it’s really sad to see a WHOLE staff be so unwelcoming to the very customers that really prefer the Wendy’s quality over other fast food chains. My kiddos love Wendy’s but with the last two complete cluster messes I will be going out of my way to find a better location with a staff that has a decent work ethic.

I got the worst burgers that i have ever gotten from an fast food restaurant. I ordered an double baconator meal and a double Dave classic meal. The burgers were super dry. Only 1 slice of cheese no toppings and no condiments when i specified ketchup and mustard. The baconator burger only had crumbles of bacon, no actual pieces. The absolute worst trash I’ve ever purchased for $25

The staff manager has terrible manners, He’s extremely rude and arrogant. The drive-through employees are on personal phone calls while taking orders. Mess up half my order and they’re completely unprofessional.
