After waiting 15 minutes for our food I look in the bag and realize we got a quarter of a large fry. I went in they gave me a new fry. Then when we got home we opened the food and realized nothing was even close to correct except the large fry.

Eric was AMAZING. he was super polite with each customers order he took. they were pretty busy but he works fast and efficiently. he really made my visit special, and i will definitely return. he was super nice when i asked for a few different sauces, as well as thanked me for my business before i left. a great example of what a manager should look like. thank you again eric!<3

I placed my order and was asked to move up, which I did. After waiting 15 minutes I put my car in reverse and went back to the window to ask why it was taking so long for my order. I was told they had forgotten about it! I did get a refund but was not happy having waited for nothing

This mistake I will take responsibility for. I should have known better then to go to Wendy’s during Superbowl ….in line no one in front of us. A double cheeseburger, F/F and a drink with baked potato. A single with cheese,F/F and drink. $27 and change. Holy cow!!! Yup I said it ..I thought maybe my meat was blessed.Then the 3 second drive to pay and it was all ready to go. Ok that should have been my clue. Not hot, not juicy ..this was shoe leather… that had been sitting and waiting for a dumb dumb like me….Like I said at the start of this it is my mistake I will take the responsibility for. Save your money folks… Wendy’s is no longer any good. Glad to see nothing has changed with this Wendy’s… still getting bad reviews.

Wendy’s has always been my favorite fast food and this one stacks up with the rest. Food quality is great and service is as well. It’s very convenient that you can enter the Wendy’s through the gas station convenience store too. Only reason it isn’t five stars is because it’s right by the gas station and the smell can be a bit much while eating.

Drive thru experience was bad. Ordered with no problem. Nobody was behind me at this time. Still told me to move up at a spot and they will bring out the food. Now five, ten, fifteen and twenty minutes I go inside. Find them in clean up mode. No customers in the inside nor drive thru. Great where is my food. They totally forgot my order and that I was still waiting. The lady did apologize that she forgot. She reimbursed me back and still received the order. I’m a McDonald’s morning person 3-4 times a week. Decided to change it up with Wendy’s. Lost a half hour. Time is everything.
