Place was empty but still had to stand at counter for few minutes before anyone came to take my order. Pop machine was out of almost everything including all diet soda. Food was fine and fast (once someone took my order). Help yourself Condiments badly needed to be refilled. No salt at all

Just close the damn restaurant. Ordered a biggie bag. Didn’t get any sauce for my nuggets. Ask for a sauce and they told me it would be an additional 54 cents. I said other locations in the area don’t do that and they told me they all will be so because “we’re losing money”. I said you’re just going to drive away more customers doing crap like this. Seriously. I’ve had enough with dying Wendy’s locations taking out their frustrations with slowing business on their customers. Just close down the restaurant. Don’t rip people off for a damn cup of sauce for their nuggets. Another damn franchisee case of “pinching pennies, wasting dollars”. Driving away customers for a few cents..

Ordered 2 large fries, 1 medium fry and medium strawberry lemonade for about $15. 1 of the fries were ice cold other 2 were piping hot since I ordered with no salt for my daughter and myself. Was told it’ll be 58 cents for barbecue sauce smh. Literally no Wendy’s near me does this. We didn’t ask for 2 or even 3 sauces we asked for 1 for about $15 worth of food. That explains why we we’re the only ones in the drive through lol

Friday for Saturday, February 7, 2026. The online store said it would be open at 1 PM. I ordered through the app and they told me it was closed, but the app charged me and they’re saying I have to cancel it. I drove 10 minutes to get there. They’re playing with my time and money. If it’s closed, they shouldn’t be taking orders.

Drive up rushed me to place my order and they were not very friendly. They also did not give me my receipt so I had to go back and ask for it. I’ve never had Wendy’s breakfast and though everything was fresh and tasted pretty good because I was rushed I was not happy with my choice. I was in the area for work and I will not be coming back to this location any time soon.

I asked to get a kid’s keychain for Frostys, and the guy cut me off and said they don’t sell them. No “sorry about that,” no “would you like something else.” Real pleasant. Sorry for your life choices pal, but not my fault. Won’t be back.

Got lunch from them today I ordered a blueberry pomegranate lemonade lrg when I got the cup there was a clump of im not even sure what on the inside of the cup . My forst thought oh it syrup but no it didn’t mix into the drink at all it look like bird poop inside my cup . At the top of my drink there looked to be chunks of w.e was on the side so I touched to and it was hard and brown. I went back into the store to ask what is this … the manager look at the cup said idk tried rubbing the cup on the outside a couple time and says it’s inside the cup. Which O responded with yes ik what is it !? He did no investigation had no concern once so ever very nonchalant terrible experience

Just put in a $20 online order only to pull up to the drive through and be told that they did not have my order, and they refused to do anything to compensate me after i explained to them that i already paid and this is the location i placed the order at. Wendy’s as a whole is my favorite fast food, but this location in particular is garbage.

Double check your order before leaving the drive through. This places always seams to miss something with your order. Its basically every time. Frys never crispy nuggets not fresh.

Well to be quite frank this place is a joke. I asked for my order stared at me and said no and proceeded to close. I only ordered 3 baconators and a frosty nothing too difficult. I am just a fat man trying to eat that’s all.
