Never stoping here again, they always get my order wrong. I asked for regular nuggets and got spicy. I asked for a large meal and got a medium. I waited a good 7 minutes to get my food and it must have been for the fries since one of them was completely uncooked. Nuggets were dry and clearly reheated. Thanks for reminding me I should have just eatten at home

The Carmel coffee i got tasted like water and when I make my order I asked for sauce and they didnt charge me for it and when I asked for it they wanted to charge me again when It should have been added to my order and the lady in the drive thur almost dropped my drink because she would barely open the window big enough to fit her hand thru which was weird. I won’t be back to this location terrible service!!

This was the first and last time I’ll ever use the Wendy’s mobile app… apparently they make the food when the order is placed as opposed to waiting for you to arrive! Everyone knows cold fast food is inedible- and not completely sure it’s edible fresh but it tastes like it.
I placed the order at 5:35pm. I arrived at 6:15. The girl needed to see my phone saying she didn’t have my order in the system. She left and returned 30sec later with my order. Relief. But no, not relief. It was obvious just as soon as I got back on the road and snagged me a fry…ice cold and the frosty just the opposite, completely melted. Rush hour traffic and there was no way I was turning around. So fed up with restaurants and the lack of standards. She clearly knew when she handed it to me that it was old. I’d like to see them eat that garbage.
I’m old enough to remember when you placed an order at Wendy’s, they fried the burger right then, not some old warmed up patty.

Best Wendy’s i have ever been too. The manager is nice, the workers there are super nice and smiley. The food is prepared very beautifully and timely!

Dirty, food was old, gross, burgers. Look like 2 days old. Threw out the burger it was so nasty and the fries were old could tell refried. Never going Back to this Wendy’s. This place is gross

I went through the drive through and when I got up to the second window the manager was yelling at an employee. She did not stop when I got there, infact it went on for uncomfortably long. He went to the indoor cash register and when he walked away she called him stupid under her breath. Then she gave me my drink and closed the window, and when my food was ready she opened it half way and gave me my food and said “here”.
That’s absolutely not how you treat your employees, but also to on top of that, to act that way twords a customer who wasn’t even involved either. Almost as if she were angry at me for witnessing it (and yet she didn’t stop)? I mean… a shocking and bizarre experience.
And what makes it even more confusing is the fact that this is typically one of the only fast food locations by my house where I usually have a GOOD experience. There is a man who works the first window and speaks over the drive through speaker, who is ALWAYS extremely friendly so much so that it honestly makes me smile. (Today he was wearing a veteran hat too, so on top of that he’s served.) So I don’t understand where the disconnect is – when you have good people working there but this is how you decide to communicate with and treat them.

Your service has been lacking in the past couple of weeks. They used to get my food promptly. Nowadays I have to pull to the side and wait for my order. I think last time I waited for 15 minutes. What in the world changed that it is taking decently longer to get our food?

We had a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s while dining in. The place was extraordinary clean inside, and the AC actually is working, unlike other Wendys we have gone to. Overall, i’d come here again.
