It’s a pretty cold day and Sara and Renz were both working the drive thru area. Both were cheerful, attentive and very kind! …and my order was completely correct! This was one of the best fast food, drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Sara and Renz!

Poor service and Super disrespectful, I ordered 2 order of 10pc nuggets with other items and as I am getting my food i nicely asked for bbq sauce. A disrespectful girl said she had to charge me. I showed her that I bought nuggets and did not see why I had to pay extra for sauce. She said that she had to charge me extra as the bbq did not come up on her screen. Another customer is telling her to just give me the sauces for my nuggets as why would I pay extra if I ordered nuggets. She still refuses and I said to her it did not make sense that I have to pay extra only cuz her screen was not showing the sauces I wanted for the nuggets I bought. The girl raised her voice and All the other staff turned around a guy came over and I told him that I bought nuggets and she was trying to charge me he had no solution. I ended up Leaving with no sauce for the 20 nuggets I bought. Honestly it’s a joke. They have a bunch of disrespectful kids working here. Step it up and hire polite people who actually are willing to work and assist customers correctly and politely. Also this girl has really long hair it that she was not wearing a hair net.

around 3PM A young female employee who was either on break, or off clock helped me with my order at the kiosk after i ask for help. After about 2 minute of trying to work the kiosk, she walked me to the register and told the cashier my entire order for me without me having to do so. As someone who does not speak very good english i was very grateful. The young man at the cashier was also very kind. And soft spoken. My food was done in about 3 minutes. i order the double Baconator combo.

The food was just edible. Not enjoyable. Quality has gone way down. And prices are ridiculous, even raised more than most fast food recently. As well, my chicken sandwich was small way smaller than it used to be. Pretty much a hair bigger then the jr sandwich, didn’t present well and didn’t taste great. Seams it’s shrunk and the chicken quality isn’t what it used to be.
We drove through and I was highly annoyed that they now don’t even give you a person to order with. And this ai voice said to take my time when I needed a minute. I said thank you and it said thank you for your order. On the screen it showed nothing ordered and a total of $0 and to pull up. I had to tell it I wasn’t done ordering then a person came on.

We pulled in line 30 minutes before close, waited in line and made it to the speaker at 12:02. They told us they wouldn’t take our order and refused to move cars to let us out of the drive through. We had to wait an additional 12 minutes to get out of the drive through. Terrible service

I ordered in the self checkout not have any issue ordering, my food was hot but they forgot the toy for my kids meal was to late when I noticed but was ok, for the service not sure I don’t interact with the employees only when they give me the food ( No greeting, no thank you only the name for the food) but I was there for the food and the food was good.

Wendy’s fell off. They’ve got a crummy AI taking orders at the drive through speaker. The first time I came the thing couldn’t answer my questions. The second time I came, my classic chicken sandwich had no crunch at all. Just soft breading.

The overall atmosphere of this location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady who took our order talked to my son and ask him his order making him part of the process. Our food was ready, hot and fresh by the time we made it to the drink station. The drink station was free of clutter and the drink machines were full of ice and all options of drinks. The food was a good quality but the portion size of the chicken wrap was not that appealing. The dinning area was spotless with plenty of room to move around with strollers and wheelchairs. There was plenty of open seating. The only downside to this visit was the restroom was not very clean. The floor was wet and there was paper towels on the floor. I would recommend this location and will most likely visit here again myself.
