I got there at 1230, and there was like a 10 person line. I expected it to take a while, but the person working behind the counter absolutely killed it, it took only like 5 minutes to get to me. Then she asked my order at the beginning and memorized the whole thing with no mistakes! This is the second time she’s done that, she deserves a raise, thank you Shanna!

Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. We walked in and were greated with the filthiest foul smelling place I have seen in a while, with garbage on the floor, uncleaned tables, and dirty windows.
Well lets give the food a chance – they were “all out” of every meat. Then they refuse to give water cups, after all that.

Terrible service. I mobile ordered from the holyoke chipotle and when I received my order and opened it up at home it was half full. I also ordered in store and it looked like they were half scooping everything. I continued home and as I was eating my half full chipotle bowl I found a sticker from the avocado inside. I am very upset will not be returning

Whenever I’m reeeealllly craving a bowl, I always come to the Holyoke location. The rice is always cooked and mixed correctly. I never have to worry if rice won’t cover the bottom of my bowl. Sometimes it can be a little busy but the staff does a great job keeping things moving. Overall, it’s worth the 40 minute drive for me to have food that hits the spot.

This is a joke the most poorly managed chipotle ever and from the past reviews it’s obvious that the owner is part of the problem. I own a restaurant and there is no excuse for a year later still have the same issue !!

I just had the most pleasant Chipotle experience I’ve ever had and I have been going to Chipotle a lot more recently so this will definitely keep me coming back for more!! I had a wonderful girl help me and she gave me everything exactly how I wanted, was super friendly, and had a very positive attitude with both her coworkers and customers. I asked her to write her name down on the receipt, I believe her name is Shanna!

Oh boy. What an experience. Zero customer service. I mean zero. Staff had Flat affect and seemed indifferent to our presence. Thank goodness, the food was tasty, because the portion sizes were small, and the appearance of some of the food was quite concerning. The pot of pinto beans was dried up like a cracked desert. Not sure why they allowed it to get like that or look like that. And the lettuce that we were served was frozen. We watched the guy behind us take his bowl to the trash and literally take off every piece of frozen lettuce. Just a normal chipotle experience these days……..

I’m very disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I ordered to-go and when I opened the bag, the food was spilled everywhere and the packaging was a mess. On top of that, half my order was missing, and to make things worse, I actually found hair in my food. Completely unacceptable. I expect much better quality and care when ordering from a place like Chipotle. Definitely not ordering from this location again.

Guy with exposed hair was very cheap with portion. Had to get double meat to get a descent portion. Even with the sides. Had to pay 20$ for a mediocre amount of food. Truly truly disappointed at this place overall. The griddle looked filthy. And huge line but staff standing around like it’s no big deal. I usually go to Manchester and staff there is awesome. But this place in Holyoke is beyond rescuing. I wish they would think about the Customer and serve them what they pay for. I was so so disappointed with my meal. Not good at all. I couldn’t even have whit rice cause they were out. For 20$ I couldn’t even eat anywhere. I got robbed today by chipotle….. such a sad day. The portion sucked. Rice was hard too.
