When you walk in, signs direct you to place your order at a kiosk. The registers at the counter are blocked and covered with the same signs. Feels very impersonal and cold.
They now charge for sauces that used to be free: spicy sauce for nuggets. Nuggets keep getting smaller: could barely see them in the tiny box. One advantage of the kiosk is you can customize your burger. Seating is very uncomfortable hard wood. Not a padded seat in the house: guess that’s to get you out and on your way. Kitchen is loud with machines beeping and employees talking. Dining room ambience is unpleasant: not at all relaxing. Staffer offered to take my tray to table — thumbs up for that! (I use a cane).

I came in a week ago and they were very busy and forgot 3 burgers I called and talked to a manger he apologized and said next time I come up they would replace it and toss in a meal for the accident I came up tonight and with no hesitation the manager Jeremy and staff took care of it. I recommend this location to everyone they were polite and fast. Most places make you feel like ur lying to get a free meal but these guys were excellent wish I could give them 10 stars

I frequent this Wendy’s, and I genuinely appreciate the employees here — special shoutout to the “good-manners kid.” I always get great service and consistently solid food. But today? Today was a journey.

From the moment I opened the bag, something in my soul whispered that danger was near. I reached for the spicy nuggets — usually my reliable partner in crime, only to be met with a texture that could only be described as “left on a counter during a solar eclipse.” They tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour reconsidering their purpose in life.

The regular nuggets joined the rebellion too: stale, sad, and utterly devoid of joy. The burger? Acceptable, but not enough to save the sinking ship.

And then… the fries. My last hope. My final prayer. I bit into what might be the limpest, soggiest fry ever to emerge from a fryer. A fry so defeated that even gravity took pity on it. Truly tragic.

Honestly, the best part of the entire meal was the ranch, and that should never be the case. Did not finish any item but the drink.

The night staff at this location are wonderful, and I always look forward to going through the drive thru because of how efficient and kind they are. When I showed up tonight, I was beyond annoyed to discover that an AI order taker had been installed. I tried ordering ghost pepper ranch, which is apparently no longer available, and the AI just defaulted to a different sauce entirely. The staff at the window were as lovely as ever and explained that the sauces have changed (the new one I tried was good), but the AI was zero help in that department. Being forced to interact with AI in order to use the drive thru really put a bad taste in my mouth. Now I have to think carefully about whether the good food, low prices, and friendly staff are worth the AI frustration. Maybe I can find a different location that hasn’t switched to stupid AI

Hate the AI as an ordering method through drive thru. Wendy’s is my favorite food wise but atmosphere wise they’re quickly replacing everything with robots and it’s the worst. Make jobs human again.

Kiosk only ordering means I seldom come here anymore. Optional is great–mandatory kiosk ordering drives customers away. New location is nice, new store and all–but the mandatory kiosk service is so awful that I’d rather go back to the old, dated and slightly sketchy location. Disappointing.

I’ve been to this new location twice and it’s so much better than the previous location. Each time the food was hot, service quick and friendly. Frankly, I was very surprised because the service and food were very poor at their previous location. The breakfast sandwich with chicken, bacon, and maple butter sounded weird, but when I tried it it was delicious and addictive! It’s also easy to eat in the car and doesn’t crumble all over the place. The breakfast potatoes wedges are quite good and unusual too. I was so glad I gave this new location a try…very happy with the experience.
Also, just tried the biscuit with sausage gravy…awesome texture and flavor.

Tried to force AI to take the order . Then made me wait 10 minutes for the order. There was nobody else at the restaurant literally had one order and I waited 10 minutes. Just hire more people dude
