BOY OH BOY, did you guys save my life. I called the grand ledge little Ceasars 5 hours in advance to place a big order and they said they could, got there and they sold our pizzas and didn’t have them ready, then kicked us out for being angry saying ” Two people is can’t do it blah blah blah” so in the 20 minutes it took us to drive to Portland, we placed the very large order (16 pizzas or something) and they had it done.. saved the day. But do you wanna know the best part…… THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE WORKING.

Staff is all friendly and helpful but something is wrong with the dough at this location. For both the pizza and crazy bread it doesn’t have the right taste or consistency. I’ve been here 4 times since moving to Portland and I gave it the benefit of the doubt at first, maybe it was just off for the day, but it’s been weird every time.

Don’t know what these 1 star reviews are talking about. I’ve gone to this Little Caesar’s many times in the 5 years since I moved to Portland and have never had any bad service from them. Staff is friendly and has always gotten my order for me. Even close to closing time

Wish I could leave a zero for this review! Made a special trip into Porland to order a pizza and crazy bread. Got there at 9:02. The girl behind the counter wrote down our order, but then said that they had a few other orders, the store closes at 10 – and they had to do dishes. So they were unable to help us tonight. I asked – with an hour, you can’t make a single pizza? She said no, and turned us away! I am in total disbelief that this just happened. And – there was bread clearly prepared and ready in the warming unit. She didn’t even offer to sell us what they had prepared! POOR customer service! Will NEVER make a special trip in again!
