6 out of 10 special orders will be wrong here. Not sure what the disconnect is with the cooks in the kitchen but don’t expect your special order to be correct. This has been consistent since it opened. Management needs to double check what is going out.

This Wendy’s is phenomenal! It impresses me how many customers they serve on a daily basis, we are talking hundreds of cars in the drive thru. Not small orders either $50, $60, even $80 orders filled in just minutes. The crew has a great vibe, usually laughing and joking with one another.

Love the food however this store has horrible customer service. I had bad experience 6 months ago because I asked for no cheese on a burger a few seconds after I ordered because I forgot they have cheese on all. Then thought I’d try them again today and apparently asking for extra butter for potato is not allowed. And she was super rude about it. Her words were that has to be asked for when ordering. I’m sorry it’s BUTTER. Probably won’t give them another try.

Food was amazing as always… no atmosphere because we ate in the car… my issue was that the doors were locked to the dining room…. and no sign on the door to say so… everything on Google and the app said there was “dine-in”. I don’t mind it being locked… but let somebody know!
