Drive through service, it was spectacular; but we got what we ordered. Food was so so. It’s fast food folks, do you really need to read a review for fast food? BUT I will say they have the best french fries in the game hey.

Wendy’s is good BUT they have some serious management issues (or something). They never seem to have a full crew and they never really seem to know what they’re doing either. The last two times I’ve been there I was in line for ten-fifteen minutes before ordering and each time received incorrect items and or stuff I did not order, I was always missing something or it wasn’t made right. The crew is nice but they need some leadership for sure.

I didn’t receive a dressing with the taco salad that they gave me. Had to remind them of the rest of my order after they charged my friend for the wrong order. People were polite but couldn’t get the order right. A lot of homeless people pass by the drive-thru. The only reason I mention this is because it was suspicious. Chili was hot, at least.

The worst drive-through experience. A girl with a tattoo on her neck was pretty rude. I asked for vanilla frosty, and she said it had never been on the menu. Well, it used to be, and that’s why I came back again. She doesn’t know about the temporary changes for the summer season. The thing that made me screwed off was that she pointed out McDonald’s and told me to go there! Feels like she discriminated against me for being an Asian. I would never come back again for wasting my time and money! What a racist place. Worst experience ever.

The drive thru is horrible. Has a lady who is always rude and when they can’t even give you a shake that you ordered and your still sitting in the drive thru and get an attitude for their mistake. Then I sad thank you very nice and I get a yip. Like come on, if your life is that miserable don’t work there. I have had this lady the last 3 times I’ve gone through. Fire her please. Called and asked them if their onions were expired due to what looks like mold on them, one of the workers checked and said they didn’t expire until the Aug 4th and proceeded to leave the phone unattended while I was talking. Meanwhile I could hear the workers talking and joking about the situation in the background. Not only that but they missed half of our order.

I wish I could say this never happens to me. But it does… Ordered something simple. 2 nuggets. 2 fries. On door dash. First order shows up. Has the right drinks but not the right food (clearly workers fault not DD). Annoyed but still hungry. I have it reordered (I couldn’t drive because there were no parking spots left at hotel). None the less, I get the second order. It’s right. Except it comes with every other sauce WENDY’S makes except for what I asked for..(BBQ for nuggets).

Neck tattoo girl at the drivethrough is incredibly rude. No greeting, no “thank you”, no nothing, just shoves your food out and scowls. Service here is TERRIBLE. Food is OK.
