Errrehhh ladies and gents! The food at all Wendy’s are the same but the experience levels and customer services varies. I do not eat fast food very often but I was craving a late night baconator. The employee who was taking my order just seemed like I was burdening them by placing an order. I appreciate that they got my order right but maybe a little more of a positive attitude could go a long way. They food was good and I added my own gluten free bun to it, so yum! Not a bad place just need better customer service.

Ordered a Coke Freestyle, fries, and 10 nuggets, the drive-thru lady took her time which is OK, we made a few jokes but after a while we received our total, and got our food. My Coke on the first sip tasted extremely weird. Worse than a Canned Coke in my opinion, so I asked my partner to try it. We both agreed that there was a “tobacco” flavor in the drink that we could only deduce as most likely spit. Utterly disgusting, and I only hope I was wrong in that assumption. This isn’t my first time at the Location, but it will for sure be the last. Would not recommend.

Our food was old and cold. We ordered the chicken strips and fries, and spicy chicken nuggets and fries. We ordered ranch and sweet and sour sauce. They didn’t give us any sauce. We couldn’t eat our food. It wasn’t even warm! We got there about 8:30 pm. I didn’t usually make negative reviews, but I’m sick of having my money taken.

this is very sad… i ordered a chicken Parmesan salad. an there was barely any salad in container see pics.. i ordered a crispy chicken blt biggie bag – supposed to come w fries 4 nuggets an a drink i got all of but the fries! my ten piece combo was a medium an i got a small fry!!! instead of a medium fry! FYI- i frequent allot of Wendy’s establishments! an this was the saddest I’ve experienced! FAIL!!!

Ordered a biggie bag with a Jr bacon cheese burger through the drive though and pulled over in the parking lot to eat.
The burger was completely cold, so my wife ran in to get it fixed. When she came back out with a “new one”. It was exactly the same as the last.
The meat wasn’t even warm, the cheese was COLD, and the bud felt like it just came out the fridge.
I will NEVER spend my money at this location again.

E North Street .the were good .our burgers how ever where still very pink in the middle.both burgers at that.2 double big bacon classics!both not even eat able!if it was me paying for them I would want the whole $26 back for the 2 meals.cause the service took forever as well!

Today I decided to visit Wendy’s to try their chili. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and the window attendant neglected to greet me, leaving me waiting for five minutes before acknowledging my presence due to being preoccupied with preparing the next order. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar, which was disappointing, particularly when I encountered a frozen fry in my order. It appears that they could benefit from some improvements.

I drove through the drive through and their customer service was great. I always have this problem where I start the order and then I change my mind and my wife says I always make things so confusing for people to understand. But the guy on the other side of the order window was very patient and understanding.
The food was delicious as always and I just always can go for Wendy’s.
