Service sucked today Saturday, December 27 around 1:30 Pm at this location. We sat in the drive-through for about four minutes and no one asked for our order. Another car pulled up to the other drive-through lane and they started taking their order. After multiple attempts of trying to get their attention through the speaker, alerting them that we were there and no one ever answered, no one ever acknowledged our presence, we then drove to the first window and told the girl there what happened. She left came back with the manager and the manager said well that doesn’t matter to me. You can just go ahead and pull around the line and try it again. Never attempted to help us at all. Will not be returning to this location for an extremely long while. This is Management failure at its finest. Zero customer service.

The only good things about this McDonalds is their food and ONE female that works there. Me and my husband ordered ONLY two drinks. We sat in our car with our screaming baby for 30 mins with nothing working to calm her down just to watch an employee get up from sitting with two customers and come out 5 mins later with our drinks in hand. I didn’t realize it took 30 mins to fill to cups and run it out to a parked car.

Took 20 minutes to receive my order. Seems Door Dash dominated and overwhelmed the ordering system ( 6 Large Orders). Filling orders as a time stamped first come serve bases – So if you are in the drive through (dozen cars in line) or go in (I thought going in was going to be quicker) between 730am and 9am – CAUTION you may be late for work! Which happened to several folks. McDonalds needs to up there client service experience. Especially the folks that are in the lobby and drive thru as we are all taking the back seat to Door Dash. Elderly Man stood there for 5 to 7 minutes at the register to place an order and wasn’t even acknowledged by mgt. or staff.

I ordered multiple chicken nuggets, got 0 (zero) in my bag. Walked in and asked for sauce and she argued with me. Like, just put the sauce in the bag like was on the order. Why be wrong, then rude and pushy?

They get orders wrong so consistently its impressive, you can complain, but they make you show up in person for something valued 3$. Like pulling teeth. Worst location.

It’s the worst place, you can tell that the manager chooses whose order gets prepare and whose don’t. When you get your order it is cold because if they make the order, they take a long time to give it to you because the manager always tells the employees to do something else.

Anything would have been nice, hi, bye, or die.
Although your pink headphones were quite cute, your attitude was not.
I did not realize the franchise owner was so hard up, that giving me ketchup was against policy.
Feigning to be irritated while opening the window with force, eliciting the death glare of the century.
Seeing your eyes with such magnitude showed how pretty they are, except the vitriol took away from them.
A lesson I learned in life if I don’t like my job I walk away, maybe that should be the case here.
PS the food wasn’t bad, but I didn’t realize how difficult it was I dispense a soda.

We made an order and the forgot 2/3 things in the order. . The took another few mins and brought one thing and had to be reminded about the last item. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and had a minor leak. The parking lot was blocked up for some reason. For what McDonald’s is charging for a meal these days, they can do a bit better.

Guess this is a medium now?? Waited in the second line and after seeing 2 cars in the first line who had pulled up after us get their order taken while still being ignored we finally pulled up to the payment window to try and place our order. When we explained trying to order but no one answering the cashier got an attitude and said “well you should’ve waited your turn” even though it was vehicles who pulled up after us who were being helped while we were being ignored. Then after ordering 2 medium shamrock shakes this was the small child sized one we were given.
